My wife and I love Firehouse subs and have never had a bad experience at one yet. Same here on our first visit to this location. The store is bright and clean. We were immediately greeted by the sandwich-making staff, and then stood in line. They had both registers open , so the line moved swiftly. We ordered our usual (Hook and Ladder on whole wheat, fully involved) to split. As with other locations, the cashier noted we ordered one sandwich and offered to split it into two baskets. Our wait was very reasonable, maybe 10 minutes. We observed employees cleaning the front windows, cleaning tables and picking up trash while we were there. They did a very steady business, but had plenty of help on hand to keep everyone moving along efficiently. I noticed they had an award for being the best franchise in 2019. I just love Firehouse Subs! The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered the Engineer, fully involved. Love the cheese and mushrooms! Got it to eat in, with chips and a drink. They carry Barq's root beer. Always a winner for me. Stop in and see for yourself! The only con I have is that napkins were tough to find. lol! Gotta work in that one. read more

The last 2 times we have called and ordered 2 large Philly Cheese steak subs, we get home, which is only 6 minutes from this location, we've opened our sub boxes to find that the bottoms of the buns are completely soaked, therefore the entire subs fall apart after a couple bites, I've eaten the same exact subs from another location and never had this issue, I'm guessing they must have the meat sitting in water and then they pull the meat out of the water and put in on the buns, completely transferring the water onto the bun read more

Ugh this is the worst Firehouse I've ever been to. I placed an online order, went to pick it up, it wasn't ready which I was understanding at first. Spoke to the guys behind counter to let them know I was there and they said they were about to start my order. I waited for over 20 mins, they just kept staring at me.
