Called this business yesterday at the following times w/zero answer: 12:28 pm, 12:30 pm, 12:31 pm, 12:32 pm, 12:57 pm, 1:05 pm, 1:28 pm, 1:33 pm, 1:49 pm, 2:02 pm, 2:54 pm, & 3:24 pm to let them know that they destroyed our sandwiches for work meeting due to extremely heavy mayonnaise. The sandwiches were dripping on our laps like a soup. We had to use copious paper towels. You couldn't even eat the sandwich because the meat was sliding off onto our paper plates. Chips that I ordered were not in the bag. I wanted to call them to ask Firehouse to put condiments on the side since they apparently don't know how to make sandwiches properly. Door Dash doesn't offer the same food that Firehouse has on their menu, so that was super challenging when employees order sandwiches or salads that don't exist on Door Dash site. Was trying to call Firehouse to let them know that for the 2nd shift delivery, I needed sandwich names on the boxes explaining what sandwich was in which box. We had to open boxes and try to decipher what sandwich was what. Door Dash doesn't allow you to make comments. Firehouse doesn't deliver from that location. I imagine they will not be in business for long, at least with that franchise manager. I work for a Fortune 14 company that could spend tons of money at their establishment, but after dealing with their sloppiness, inattentiveness, unprofessional, rude behavior, I promise you we will never use these idiots again. read more

We ordered food in the app and picked it up at the window. Got home and discovered they gave us a salad bowl with no meat or cheese. Hubs is now having to drive back because no one would answer the phone. Meanwhile his sub is sitting here getting cold. Absolutely ridiculous! Doubt we will get anything but some meat handed out the window. Nice to work all day and then give your $$ to rude and unprofessional employees. We won't be back. read more

Completely Disappointed in the experience I had at this location. The customer service provided by "Diamond" was terrible. I tried to use a promo the restaurant was offering but the app wasn't working. When the new employee that was trying to take my order asked Diamond for help (she was the manager), she refused to honor the promo, claiming it was a third-party app that she had no control over. She also couldn't be bothered to speak with me directly because she was too busy gossiping with her co-workers so she gave an off the cuff answer from far away with a "I don't care" shrug. The girl that was trying to take my order was on her 1st day so not only is the managers customer service terrible the employee support is out the window too! This lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

We had the worst experience at any Firehouse subs tonight. I ordered a New York steamer (fully involved) just like i have a many times before. I get it and it has nothing on it but the regular items, no lettuce, onions or tomatoes. So i went back up to the counter and told them what happen. Young man apologized and said they would remake it. Then a minute later Ashley bought out a bowl of lettuce, onions and tomatoes and said well since there was nothing wrong with sandwich, just add this to it. She was very rude and blamed the cashier for not knowing what she was doing. Ashley was very huffy when we asked her name and then could be overheard discussing the issue with another customer. read more

Walked out of this place after waiting 24 minutes for a single sandwich. Arrived at 1:11pm and had not been served by 1:35pm so I demanded my money back and left. Three orders ahead of me when I arrived. Place was well staffed (4) with do-nothings. Alleged cook standing around most of the time staring out the window. Clearly some attitudinal issues in this store. Never going to another Firehouse again. read more

Went in today to a line that was not moving. After a few minutes I asked what was going on. Staff had not acknowledged anyone in line. I talked to employees and asked what was going on. They said they had a big catering order they had to finish first and that they would take our orders in 15 minutes or so. I left as did all the other customers when we realized that they didn't want our business, that they were refusing to serve us. read more

Will not ever go back here. Worse firehouse I've ever been to. The first time I went to this firehouse they had given me a sandwich that was not what I ordered and it tasted old due to the stale bread. My husband loves his sandwich though so we go back again and they mess up my sandwich again. So today I decided to go try them one more time and give them the Benefit of the doubt. I order my kids a large turkey and provolone only- To go. After waiting nearly 30 minutes (I was the only order she had I heard her tell another employ) she hands me the bag and I leave, Without checking the sandwiches unfortunately. Get home and the kids food is fully involved and I had to tear it apart and get as much stuff off as I could so they'd eat. My sandwich again tasted like it had been made way earlier and had just sat out. Wasn't good. Take your money somewhere else and actually get the food you order. read more
