Very disappointed about my first experience here, I was looking forward to having a Firehouse near work, but I don't plan on going back. Employees were obnoxious, cussing and complaining about how they couldn't wait to get off work. I gave the cashier my military ID so I could get my discount, she looked at it, then have me my receipt. I asked if they aren't doing the discount anymore and she said I had to be in uniform.. I told her I never heard that before, every other firehouse gives it to me.. But I let it go, it's a nice to have anyway. But what annoys me is she didn't say anything when I presented my ID. What's worse, there were 2 managers at a table near by that did not interject. They were working on reports.. Don't they have an office? Seems strange to sit in the dining room with paperwork spread all over the table. For a new franchise, they really don't seem to care much about customer service and making a good first impression. read more

Always wondered if firehouse was any good so my friend took me and I was ended up liking it more then I expected to. Not perfect by any means but a pretty good sandwich. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Ended up being around 11 dollars with chips and drink which is a little more then subway but it's a better sandwich. My only complain is that they tended to over do it on the ranch a bit my sandwich falls apart about half way thru but I suppose I can ask them to go light on the ranch or put some on the side it could help. I think I like which wich better but this is definitely more affordable. read more

After driving by this place, I was excited that it finally opened. When I walked in, I was greeted with a hearty "Welcome to Firehouse"....it was a nice welcome. I tried the Smokehouse Brisket and Cheddar on the advice of the employees and it was great. Lots of meat and cheese. So, I love Firehouse Subs. I was in the area of this store and stopped by. I ordered a number 5 (turkey bacon) to go and was really looking forward to getting home to eat! Got my sandwich out only to discover there was no turkey!! How do you forget to put in the main ingredient?!?!? Since it was to far to go back, i basically ate a lettuce sandwich with a piece of bacon on it. I didn't realize it was so hard to make a turkey bacon sandwich. read more

Not very impressed. Over 15 minutes to get my food. Two orders ahead of me. I ordered extra jalapeños and received five slices on a medium sandwich. Sandwich ordered with Italian dressing, received mustard and mayo, no Italian. While i was waiting, the workers proceeded to badmouth an employee. The manager partook as well. They also made fun of a customer who called in to complain about their sandwich. Very unprofessional. Also, so the manager knows exactly what I'm talking about, the caller complained that his sandwich seemed as though it were dipped in water when he got home. The bad mouthing went from there. By the way, when I got to my hotel (less than 5 minutes away) my sandwich was so soggy it was practically inedible. Very sad. While I do enjoy Firehouse, the service and immaturity is completely ridiculous. A Regional or District Manager needs to step in and clean house... read more

Service is terrible. The employees always seem preoccupied or unconcerned for the customer. Majority of the staff seem slow paced and feeble when the place receive steady service. The food was inadequate and over priced. And when I complained to the OWNER I was told they'd send me complimentary sub cards as an apology but it's been over a week and still haven't received anything. Overall, subway is in the Walmart across from them. I strongly recommend you give them a try, at least you can see your food being made and receive proper responses if you see an issue. read more

First time coming trying firehouse subs and I've never seen such a rude employee before. I believe her name was DJ. She was outrageously rude when I was asking questions about the menu. Also, she was saying so much profanity to one of her other coworkers. DJ wasn't acting professional at all, I don't think I will ever come back here to eat again especially dealing with the amount of rudeness I got from Dj. I stopped by here For a late Lunch with my Brother Today and He had The Hero Sub I believe and he said this was the third time he had it and He thought it was Great. I on the Other hand could not find what I wanted on the Menu... I was really in the Mood for a Nice Pastrami Sandwich on Rye with a Dill Pickle to top it off, but I could not for the Life of me Find that on the Menu so I just (Built my own Sub) and when I asked for Rye they told me all they had was WHITE AND WHEAT, and it Caught me off guard because I thought I was at "FireHouse Subs" not "We only have two choices of Bread Subs" so I was a bit Let down by that. We placed our Orders and I asked for an Extra Dill and when we got our Subs I received only One Dill so I went up to the Manager and he Said "Sorry about that" and he Gave me 2 Extra Pickles without Hesitation. Other than that It was a Good experience. Before I forget... When we walked in that Same Manager Said "Welcome to Firehouse Subs!" The only reason I bring this Up is because a lot places you visit Everyone in the establishment is in a Nasty Mood and they won't even give you the time of day let alone Welcome you there, That Manager Looked like he goes Above and Beyond for this Place and he should be recognized for this. I placed a med/large (approx 100 people) catering order with the owner at this location. The food was delivered to my workplace as promised and nothing was overlooked. The owner and one of his employees even set everything up for me! There isn't a delivery fee, but after receiving such excellent service I added a nice tip, which the owner promptly handed over to the employee! This is a class operation. Very clean, fairly priced and great value for the money. If you place a catering order, you can be sure it will be delivered as promised. (Tip: the food boxes feed more than the menu states. Next time, we'll order boxes of sandwiches for 75 people to feed our 100 attendees) read more

the food here is quality but the service really gets to me. the staff always seems overwhelmed and are not very friendly. every other firehouse i have been to the staff greats you at the door and is happy and excited to see you. you barley get a peep out of the staff when you walk in. they are always behind on orders even when there is only 5 people in the building it takes forever to get your food. i expect more from this franchise and hope it turns around at this location. read more

I was really excited to try this place out because the commercials make it sound bold and awesome. What I found was really mediocre. I have to start by saying the customer service here was really very good. The employees talked up the subs and made sure I knew the favorites and what went standard on the sandwiches. After some thought and debate between the New York Steamer and the Steak and Cheese, I tried the steak and cheese on wheat. I have never been much of a combo guy so I opted for the sandwich and a cookie. The cashier was great and gave me a water cup without having to ask! I waited a few minutes in anticipation for my great hot sub to steam and toast. What I got was a puny sandwich and a pickle dwarfed by a giant plastic basket. Looking at the sandwich I had to ask myself where the meat was as I couldn't see it from the sides. It looked nothing like what they advertise in their pictures or on tv, just a plain wheat roll. The guy behind the counter pointed to a huge selection of hot sauces to add to the sandwich. I took one bite and realized that the sandwich was pretty flavorless. I went and grabbed one of their sauces and proceeded to eat the sandwich down in about five bites. So sad... The cookie was really good though. From the other reviews here I expected something more than I got. Maybe this was a fluke but at nearly 7 dollars for the small (they call it medium) sandwich I feel ripped off. There are too many other options near by to waste your money at this place. Mc Alisters across the parking lot has sandwiches with at least double the meat I got for the same price. What a bummer, it might have been a fluke, but I am not sure I want to give them a second chance to leave me feeling still hungry and ripped off. read more

Subs are pretty good, it's the staff that is lacking. They were rude and unhelpful. The line to order was a bit odd and I guess I was facing the wrong direction. I was cut twice and the cashier saw it and said nothing. When I mentioned it to her she told me I need face west to east in line, not south to north. It made no sense to me but whatever. I asked her why they didnt have a sign telling people which way they wanted them to line up and she said "im not in charge of the line" The staff really needs an attitude adjustment before I even consider coming back.
