The ambiance is very inviting and spacious, and the service was very quick and accomadating. I ordered the Reuben sandwich with the tomato basil soup, and both were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The Reuben was piled high with meat. I had enough left over for another meal! I couldn't leave without trying the red velvet crinkle cookie, and I'm so glad I did. I saved it to share with my husband when I got home, and it was incredible. I found out the owner's daughter, a Culinary Institute graduate, made it, and you can definitely taste the quality. Everything was fresh, homemade, and absolutely worth the visit. I'll definitely be back!

They said they were working on it each time, and we only had 4 things in our order. It's not super cheap, and it was just disappointing as a whole. Before I could even finish the second half of my sandwich, a fly landed on it, and I had to throw it away. The restaurant was noticeably dirty and uncomfortably warm. We asked for the ceiling fans to be turned on, but it took quite a while before someone was able to find the switch. The locks on the women's restroom stalls didn't work, and the restaurant had also run out of ice for drinks. I'm not sure if the restaurant has changed ownership, if management was absent, or if this was simply an off day, but the experience was dramatically different from the positive visits we've had in the past. It's disappointing to see such a noticeable decline.
