First off - it's definitely harder to make them than it seems. lol If you have option paralysis or get overwhelmed easily, prepare yourself! Look at alllllll the colors in my photos available to use and maybe plan ahead. They provide templates of different floral, geometric, and banded designs that you can use, but you can go off-script if your noggin comes up with an idea! They give you a decent amount of time to create a design, glue said design in place, and then fill the rest of your lamp's empty space in with the tiny glass beads. There are a few final steps you can't complete while in "class" but that's due to the glue needing time to sit. You're not left in the dark however, as they show you a how-to video which is included in your take-home kit via a QR code. =) I noticed this place has other classes that seem like fun (terrarium and some sort of small dish painting?). I may need to return. Notes: - You interact with glue so you'll likely get messy. - There's a restroom to wash your hands, or if nature calls. - In the small bead fill-in time frame, everyone drops them. It's human. The bread, made simply with flour, water, and salt, takes two to three days to create. Next came the sweet potato course, made from her garden's harvest and paired with roasted pine nuts and coconut-shaved gnocchi in brown butter. How to work as a successful group powering thru the rope courses. How to communicate better with each other. How to listen and accept one another. How to respect one another. And just basically team bonding at its best. The instructors were very patient, informative, and reassuring. They kept us on our toes the entire time. I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone who wants to get some fun team building done.

An all in one adventure with 2 escape rooms, 1 axe throwing, and a rage room…read more The escape rooms can be a minimum of 2 or maximum of 8 players depending on the room for 60 minutes. The axe throwing room is a private room with two lanes for 60 minutes. The rage room is a 30 minute session. They provide you with protective gear like mechanical overalls that go over your clothes, heavy duty gloves, and helmet. A bonus that they provide a head scarf liner that goes under the helmet to be clean and safe. In addition to the price of the room, you must purchase the items you want to break at 10 items for $20. You may also bring in your own items to break at no charge. Some of the items for purchase could be tiles, cups, plates or even furniture. Children as young as 5 years old have gone in smashing. There's a phone holder on wall to film yourself. Definitely check out the prices on the website. Follow the set of rules on what not to wear. You can rsvp on the site. My party did the Racing + FOX 1 combo. The racing sim was alright. Not that much different than what I can experience at the usual arcades. The dogfighting Sim was the highlight of the night. The set up where each individual has their own replica of a cockpit made it really immersive. I thought the cockpit would also move according to how we maneuver the jet, but that wasn't the case. The staff would also communicate to all of us during our dogfight, commentating on who took down whose plane. It was a decent experience, but I'm not sure if it's something I would do again.

I won't spoil anything but just for example, something in one of our rooms required a tad bit more force than usual for an escape room. We got to a point where we were completely stuck. Something that we had checked seemed as if it was tougher to open than the typical escape room strength needed to open something. So we assumed it wasn't meant to be touched. Well the game master gave the clue that the thing we looked at early on was actually usable. Typical escape rooms make it very easy to tell if something is meant to be used or not. If it's easy to move or open then it's fair game. If it does take some force then generally not something meant to be used. Anyways yes we did escape. Even if we thought some of the puzzles were a bit of a reach, I could see how they go there with their line of thinking. Maybe it's just that game we did. Not sure if they are all like this.
