They were crispy, juicy, and the sauce was tossed well. They do have more meat than other wing places, but this place is nothing out of the ordinary to me. It wasn't too mind blowing for me. From my fiance's chicken, the korean kick and dragon sauce were okay. I think I was expecting it to be different based on the names, but they were mild at best; tastes like asian jerky tbh. They do have some crazier flavors (ex: peanut butter), but meh. The lemon pepper and garlic parmesan was decent, the buffalo stampede wasn't as spicy as I envisioned it to be, and the garlic fries were sad & soggy. Ordered several days in advance for a 2:15 pickup on Super Bowl Sunday. Arrived at 2:15, only to be told it would be a 90-120 minute wait. Finally got our food at 3:15, an hour late and just before kickoff. Staff did not offer any solutions, just telling the mob that orders were delayed. Eventually folks started grabbing staff and asking if their order was even being worked on. If staff could not find the order in the system, they asked customers to try and cancel on their end. Understandably some customers asked if they could resubmit their orders, and staff shrugged and said it would be 90-120 minutes before it was ready. On the flip side, several orders just languished on the racks for the hour I waited. Truly surprising to me was that the store continued to accept new walk-in orders despite the fact they had dozens of people waiting for their confirmed/paid orders. Not sure how the ordering system failed the employees, but if there was a manager on site that day they did not provide updates to the customers or provide a way forward for the staff. The wings are a good size and the flavors are mouthwatering! I think the most unique one for me is the Malaysian Curry. That's my go to from now on. I also get the staples like garlic parm, lemon pepper, and mango habanero. The staff here are usually on it when you come in to pick up your order and it seems like they are pretty attentive when someone comes to the counter.
