Pad thai $20.00 + Pad see Ew $16.00

The food was tasty, but I was disappointed with the portion sizes, especially considering the premium prices. We ordered takeout, and the portions felt more like single servings than what we're used to getting from other Thai restaurants at the same price point. Our favorite Thai spots offer equally delicious, authentic food with much more generous shareable portions for the same cost. Overall, the food was good, but I wish the portions offered a better value for the price. I'd be more inclined to return if the serving sizes were more in line with the cost.

I saw this new place on instagram so we went to try it. It just opened 10/2/26. The place is nice and roomy. Decorations are average. Parking can be limited to where it is located (Chino Spectrum). We ordered the lunch special pad Thai. It comes with one egg roll and salad. Serving is enough for 2. Pad Thai is missing peanuts none whatsoever. We also wanted to eat fish so we got the fried catfish with chili sauce. This dish is delicious and I highly recommend it. The sauce is delicious mild spice with basil. I enjoyed it.

My dad was visiting so I took him here for thai dining. I usually go to their other location in CH, but wanted to try out this new location. Its a cute little restaurant that recently opened. They have the same items at the same prices but I noticed they have more options including their drinks. My dad and I ordered hot tea, pandan matcha, rice for both, soft shell crab curry, and shrimp tom yum. Food was great and service was nice. The only thing was we had to ask for water multiple times. The bill was $80 plus $12 for tip for 2 people. I wouldn't say that's cheap at all but their items are good. In fact, I went back 2 days later and got another matcha drink to enjoy. I'm a fan but wish dining out wasn't so much these days!

We had such a great meal at Kinaree Eatery! We heard there's a location in Chino Hills and Irvine, too! Everything we ordered was delicious. We got the crab pad Thai, pork skewers, braised beef panang curry, and soufflé pancakes with berry & cream. Honestly, my favorite items were all the savory dishes. The flavors were so good, and I would definitely order them again! The soufflé pancakes were a little overcooked and didn't really stand out to me, but everything else was great. The drinks were also delicious! I got the pandan matcha, which I loved, and my husband got the Thai coffee, which was delicious and not too sweet. The service was great, too. The staff was attentive and friendly, and they sat us right away. We went on a Sunday around noon, and the place was packed, so I can see how busy it gets. The space is a little narrow, so when it's full, it can feel a bit crowded. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back for more of the savory dishes and drinks!

Came here on the lunchtime on a weekend and it's super Duper crowded and full already. I can tell immediately this is the authentic place with the servers! Ordered the curry and Tim Yum. If like Thai food, you will not be disappointed. It is something about them asking how spicy you want that is so funny because you gotta be careful with Thai spice!!! I have to say, however, even the spiciest is not very spicy so you'll have to ask for extra chili on the side. The dessert looks spectacular as well as the drinks like mango cloud! Yum! Very beautiful and clean ambience!

An extraordinary Thai food experience right here in Chino! chino 非同凡響的泰國菜 Tried 9 dishes and drinks, from their Matcha Series and beautifully presented hot drinks to standout dishes like the Khao Soi with Ribeye Steak, Holy Chili Bomb Basil Omelette, Papaya Salad, and Jumbo Prawns Ob Woon Sen. Saw this spot just opened recently so we went to check them out. While dining here, we discovered that they have a grand opening special from Oct 2nd to Oct 4th 2026, so we came back again for the grand opening where everything on the menu is 50% off. Which was a pretty good deal. The restaurant is pretty bright and clean. The decors were pleasant to the eyes. Staffs were very friendly and service was excellent. And the foods were very good. Every items we ordered were delicious.

From the moment you walk in, this place will satisfy your every need! The service is great, menu options will have you drooling and the food itself is absolutely delicious. I already plan to come back several more times to order everything I want to try. Formally known as Kinaree, now Fire Tiger. Absolutely recommend!

Soft Shell Crab Papaya Salad

We came to Kinaree around 12:30pm on Sunday and were seated right away, a large wave of people came after though for the lunch rush. We were lucky to find parking in this busy parking lot with a lot of different stores. Kinaree is tucked in the corner of the plaza and was a pleasant surprise! We ordered the soft shell crab papaya salad, jumbo crab fried rice, house noodle (not pictured), the khao yum Kai zapp, shrimp donut, and I had the taro matcha with almond milk. In general the staff was really great! We were seated promptly and our server was really nice, attentive despite the business. The food is pretty darn good! A really solid Thai spot in the area. The food is well plated and menu offered a lot of variety and visuals. The taro matcha was good, I loved the taro flavor cream, which was thick and sweet, working well with the slightly bitter matcha. The shrimp donut was crispy and moist on the inside although our family was not the biggest fans of the plum sauce it came with, it was very floral tasting and we felt a simple sweet and sour sauce would have sufficed. The house noodle was very clean and delicious, it may taste a little blander when compared to the other dishes, but it was good! Plenty of variety of meats to enjoy and the soup on its own is so good. The papaya salad was very well seasoned, it was not as spicy as other salads we have had at other places, but very refreshing in companionship with the fried soft shell crab which was tasty! My mother in law was not thrilled about the raw green beans but I didn't mind them. The khao yum Kai zapp was pretty good, this one has a small kick, the onions were nice and zesty and the chicken was savory, pairing well with the rice. And lastly, the queen of the show was definitely the jumbo crab fried rice. The two spicy sauces were amazing with the rice, one is more clear and spicy with Thai chili and the other was green and limey with milder spice. The fried rice however is already awesome on its own but enhanced with the sauces if you prefer. The crab was so good and there's a good amount of crab for our party of 4 we felt. I've seen other places give less. Overall we had a wonderful experience with Kinaree, enjoyed the beautiful aesthetic of the restaurant and the great food, we'll definitely be back!

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. Overall, the food was good, but nothing particularly impressive or memorable. Everything was decent and met expectations. The prices are a little on the higher side, but still reasonable. The service was also good. One thing I really liked was the comfortable seating and relaxed atmosphere, making it a nice place to sit, chat, and catch up with friends. They also offer a great variety of desserts, which is definitely a plus. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. Nothing extraordinary, but a solid spot to enjoy a meal and spend time with friends.

I have been craving to try boat noodle soup ($15.95) since I've seen it online. It is a blood-based…read moresoup so it's a dark brown but the taste is not noticeable. It comes with thin noodles, sliced beef, pork meatballs, green onions, pork rinds, Thai basil, and cilantro. They do have a Thai level of spicy and they do warn that they do not to re-makes of dishes. I also got their pork jerky which came with a side of spicy fish sauce dip. The staff is nice and the place is clean.

Went here to get Thai food for supper and this place was disappointing. After leaving Thai Corner,…read moreI thought to myself, I should have checked the reviews on Yelp first before going and I probably could have avoided this. However, much to my surprise, when I checked Yelp, this place has almost all 5-star reviews. It makes no sense, so I had to leave a review. This is definitely not a 5-star or even a 4-star place. I'll give the benefit of doubt, maybe some other people have had a better experience than me, but realistically this place is like 3 stars max. I'm giving it 2 stars in this review and will explain why based on what we ordered. We ordered 3 items. First up was the appetizer which was Rangoons. They didn't look right when we got them. Usually, Rangoons have a puffy shaped appearance and have a cream cheese filling. The Rangoons we got were flat shaped triangles. I thought this was weird but I was trying to be open minded as maybe they have a different style here. They unexpectedly tasted like Chicken. I'm not sure if they used ground Chicken meat in them or if the taste of the filling was overpowered by being cooked in Chicken grease. The next item was Papaya Salad. The person that ate this said it didn't taste like Papaya. The main comment was either they used low-quality Papaya or it was old. Then there was the entree I got, Crying Tiger. Usually, Crying Tiger is marinated flank steak thinly sliced with a spicy sauce on the side. That's not what I got. The meat I got was Steak cut into cubes. It looked and tasted like the cuts of meat you buy at the grocery store to make stew. The sauce on the side was not right either. While the meat tasted alright for being stew meat, the dish was simply not what I was expecting. Overall, the food was visually unappealing and didn't taste right or was sub-par. It was clear that whoever was cooking the food didn't know how to make restaurant quality Thai food. I felt like I was eating out of the back of someone's house who didn't know how to cook good or didn't have the right ingredients or just didn't care. My recommendation is to avoid this place. I've been to a few Thai restaurants in Chino Hills, and this has been the worst so far. I still have a few left to try.
