The firefighters were out washing their fire truck, and I couldn't help but to ride up and introduce myself. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. In addition, I was quickly given permission to peruse the grounds and to take as many pictures as possible. The buildings and surrounding landscape are meticulously maintained, and there are several informative plaques providing the history behind the station. If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate to check out our wonderful station and fire fighters. They would appreciate the visit.
