Unfortunately, there was an issue with their inventory's availability. Upon pick up, they didn't have the stock of the items they said they would, so the items didn't match the invoice. This was very frustrating when you're short on time. We had booked a time to meet with our handyman to install them at a property far away. We had to get a hold of the owner, Dave, who went above and beyond to make it right. The very next day we had the correct items delivered and installed. The items look good and for that reason I give them 4 stars.

I have a stand up walk around attic so access was simple and easy. If I had seen the work to be done, I could have done it myself for $4.00. It only required pulling the sprinkler back up and fastening it with a pipe clamp that you can buy at any hardware store. The technician was here for less than 45 minutes. 15 of those 45 minutes was spent chatting with me about nothingness. My bill was $291 for 30 minutes worth of easy work. Outrageous price for the work done. The low score was because of the outrageous price for the work done.

The time you spend with us will not be wasted! If we are not a good match, we will point you in the right direction."* Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. Rick Huff, the owner, came to our home on January 3rd to address a leak in our kitchen ceiling. He diagnosed it as a broken valve in our fire sprinkler system and repaired it in less than 30 minutes. We paid $640 for the repair, and he cashed the check the same day. Three days later, the leak started again in the exact same spot. I immediately reached out via text asking him to come back and fix the issue since it clearly wasn't repaired correctly the first time. He did not respond. My husband called him and was told he was "busy that week." On January 10th, I followed up again and was told, "I'm not sure and will text when we are available." After another week with no resolution (and having to keep the water turned off to our entire fire sprinkler system), I offered multiple appointment options to make it easy. His response? "You can hire any number of companies to repair." After that, he stopped responding to texts and emails. I even requested a refund so we could hire someone else, and received no reply. A company that claims to fix things "right the first time" but won't stand behind their work when it fails days later is not professional or trustworthy. Very disappointing experience.
