I left a message at 6 AM expecting a call back after they opened at 7, so I was pleasantly surprised when Richard texted me at 6:30 asking if I was available to talk. Within minutes, we were on the phone. Richard was calm, focused, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through everything -- the pros and cons of getting the inspection, what's actually required for newer homes, and why I likely don't need the test since most modern homes use a multipurpose line. He didn't try to sell me anything. Instead, he gave me practical, money‑saving advice and even taught me how to test my sprinkler bell myself, when to call a specialist, and how to replace a fire sprinkler plate if it ever falls off. His guidance saved me a lot of money and gave me real peace of mind. I'm grateful for the honesty, responsiveness, and expertise. Highly recommend working with Richard and ASI Fire Protection.
