Very good restaurant with beautiful decor and overall ambiance. The food was absolutely delicious…read moreand offered a wide range of choices for all palates to enjoy. Come hungry because they definitely won't leave you unsatisfied with the amount of food served. The service was good overall. Our dedicated server Matheus seemed very anxious to get the service started by asking how long it would be for the rest of our party to arrive and trying to shift members of the party down as to not leave any gaps between people and remove the extra place settings. Towards the end of service it also felt as if he was in a hurry to clear the plates and several of us that were still enjoying our meal and had to point that out.

Service is on point 100% when I say they anticipate your needs, constant touch service for plate…read moreremoval, drinks and when we asked for a specific cut of meat, it arrive within a few minutes. After being sat we got the rundown on how everything went. Salad bar first, then flip the card to start the meat service. Salad bar had ample options and I know from experience to not fill up too much as the meat is too good to waste space. This had to be the only place that gave out large portions of meat. As in hunks were given versus a cut slice of meet. This was great and bad at the same time. Great as you def got ample amounts for the meat bad as you could fill up too quickly before everything else came out. Once the cards were flipped we must have had 8-10 options head out way and cards were promptly flipped to red. Highlight was the pork ribs and the lamb chops. The ribs had the most amazing seasoning where you nawed on the bone to get every last bit! Lamb chops were also flavorful and cooked well. All the other metas were good and the fried cheese with honey was amazing. They had a fun liquor moving bar that did shots on demand. Primarily had tequila and whiskey however they were able to get vodka if needed. We opted for chilled Grey Goose and it was good only odd part was salt on the rim. Don't really go with the vodka, but hey personal preference. Other items that were nice was offering simple syrup for the tea to sweeten based on preference and the drink options. The inside is quite spacious with plenty of table, I was there with a group of 8 and there was ample table space. The lighting was a bit dim during the day, and I'd hope a bit better at night. The light fixtures didn't quite fit the space. Nice bar area and lovely wine rack with various options. If you enjoy this type of restaurant I'd add to the list. The weekend full service (salad bar and unlimited meats) was $46 a person, not too bad.

The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality and generous portion sizes we received. On the day of the event, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even cut and served my cake, which I didn't even order from them, and that meant so much to me. It was such a thoughtful touch. The food was phenomenal. We received so many compliments from our guests! The Baja Chicken and the mashed potatoes were huge hits. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. They also packed up all the leftovers for us to take home, which was incredibly helpful at the end of a long night. I truly couldn't have asked for a better catering experience. Highly recommend!

I came in about 6:00 on a weeknight, not too busy or crowded. Greeted by the bartender/waitress,…read moreand then it was ALL downhill. Ordered a draft, cold but weak on carbonation; the ribs came out REALLY quick, but tasted like they had lived under a heat lamp and "refreshed" with BBQ sauce from the fridge - cold, but the fries were warm. Almost through with everything, 2/3rds of my beer and the ranch beans remained. I covered my beer with my phone and went to the restroom to wash my hands; no napkin wipes to clean up after the ribs. When I returned, the table was cleared; my beer? Gone, as well as my phone; it was at the bar. Last time

This is a decent enough place if you're in the area and out of better ideas, but it's nothing…read morespectacular. I will give major props to the server, Mollie, and her manager for doing a phenomenal job resolving a minor issue with the order quickly, politely, and effectively. The atmosphere was fair with good music and humorous decor in the bathroom. The lights weren't for me, but others may like the statement. Where The Reserve was lacking was the food. The pepperoni pizza was pretty good, but again there are better options around town. It did taste like it had been prepared in a genuine brick oven. The tortellini was bland. The queso was good enough, but nothing to get excited about. The salsa was downright terrible. The chips were actually phenomenal. The margarita made no attempt to cover up the strong taste of tequila. The Chilton tasted like club soda and not much else. Lastly, some of the surprise fees made me feel like I was booking air travel or paying a wireless bill rather than getting a nice meal. The final charge was a few dollars more than what was shown on the ticket. I assumed this was probably due to a service charge for paying with a card, although I didn't see it with a quick glance at the receipt. In all fairness, I'm sure this was disclosed somewhere and I overlooked it. I have come to accept this as the way of the world now. Also, when we ordered the chips and queso, we were asked if we wanted salsa with it. We accepted the salsa with the assumption that it was complimentary. Granted, since we were asked, I should have assumed that there was a charge for it. The charge was reasonable, although wasted because the salsa was so terrible. I did receive approximately a 5% discount for the order mix-up, and I actually ended up with a free pizza as well. The service and attentiveness were truly exemplary. I would give this place a second chance if I were in the area, but I certainly will not go out of my way for it.
