(That is the one my kids use as well.) I have also called Ponds when I had an emergency situation after my workers hit a pipe drilling through a wall on a job. Different plumbers were used during our home build, and unfortunately, those other plumbers took costly shortcuts on our home. We had something come up, which required postponing the work for about a year, but Nearby Plumbing happily returned and provided updated estimates, answered more of our questions and again didn't charge us a penny. We scheduled the work and Nearby Plumbing helped us fix a gas line that was leaking in a few locations inside of our mechanical room, added a missing service valve to our sewage ejector pump and also upgraded the pump to include a grinder (reducing chances of a clog and sewage backup), added a wifi monitoring alarm to the ejector pump (to alert us in case the pump ever fails), and added a hose spigot to our mechanical room to make filling up emergency water storage easier. Nearby Plumbing was great to work with. I appreciated their patience with scheduling the work on our timeline, the way they listened to our questions and concerns, and their solutions to correct the issues that our builder and original home-build contractors left us with. My wife and I have learned that finding contractors who are honest, good at what they do, and who treat your home as if it were their home is less common these days. We selected Harris-Dudley after having several bids done as they seemed -- by far -- the most knowledgeable of those that bid, references were excellent and their bid was competitive. Customer service (5 out of 5) -- outstanding from start to finish. Responsive, consistently on time and on kept us informed throughout. The project was completed in the spring of 2015, so we were surprised in Nov 2015 on the morning of the first significant snow to get a call from Harris-Dudley to check on how well the system was working. That is a level of customer service and follow through that we were not expecting! Construction (5 out of 5) -- we had a lot of crews working onsite that required a fair bit of schedule coordination. Harris-Dudley was a pleasure to work with as they coordinated directly with the other crews onsite (concrete, stucco, etc) to slot their work in at the appropriate time. Product / results (5 out of 5) -- we were not entirely sure that a heated driveway made sense. We could not be more pleased with how well the system works and now after a fair number of winters, we're glad we decided to put in the system. It works exceptionally well. Harris-Dudley zoned the front steps and walkway separately, so that if we ever get ice on the walkway or front steps, we can just switch the snow melt system on just for that area. We don't miss the hassle of dealing with snow removal or having to have salt or chemicals spread on the front walk and steps to get rid of ice.

Not sure who to call or where to turn, I remembered the commercial I would hear every morning on the radio on my way to work. One day, I made sure to take the number down. Called, made the appointment and Mike came by. First good thing, he was on time and professional. After walking through the home and discussing the issues, we came to an agreement and signed. We didn't do this immediately as other projects kept getting in the way. After 6 months, we finally had them do the work. The pipe crew showed up and their Lead Coop was young, yet knowledgeable. He explained everything and to work they went. He kept me updated throughout the day and when issues arose, he called to discuss before moving on. They completed ahead of schedule and then we waited on the drywall crew to patch things back. They also showed up on time, did the work they needed and cleaned up afterwards. We overlooked a couple of cuts, so they immediately rescheduled them to return to complete. Getting to know this company and being comfortable with them, we on the spot requested additional work from them and they took care of everything. Mike followed up to make sure things went great and when we had concerns, he addressed it with the plumbing team. We get a better flow of water now, not worried that our main valve is going to blow and we can actually have more than one shower going at a time without losing pressure. Great selling point for our home if we ever decide to put it on the market.

Lesson to be learned here is read the fine print up front BEFORE signing a contract with these people and make them tell you what the warranty really is instead of being blindsided when the leaks start. There is a reason why the plumbing companies don't work with them anymore. large company that sends salesmen out to sell work with a lifetime warranty that they don't uphold...sure the small print explains the fine details, like they don't cover much beyond the pex but they sell it like you are covered no matter what forever. We paid a lot of money to have a local plumber (subcontractor) come in and do the work and out of the three plumbers I have had to deal with over this issue that wasn't covered under the "lifetime" warranty but was part of the whole job, all three say they used to work with this company and do not anymore because of shady crap like this. They sold misinformation and I suggest calling a real local well qualified plumber who will do the work and not sell you a pipe dream and if you get one of these salesman..don't listen to what they say but read the fine print..the two are very different stories.

The technicians that were scheduled to put in the furnace did not feel well. The manager,Shawn, organized two other technicians to come out that evening rather than waiting until the next day. Tony Beckstead was on of the technicians that came that night. He fixed our humidifier that was broken and didn't even charge us. We will use them for everything we can. They are amazing. I can't recommend them enough.
