They went above and beyond the call of duty and were the perfect combination of easy-going to keep us calm during this changeable market while also being able to be the right amount of aggressive when they had to be at appropriate times. They had such a positive outlook while also keeping our expectations realistic. Deb and Lou were very present and responsive. We were really happy with the stress-free sale of our house (considering that selling a house can be quite stressful) and we attribute much of that to working with the ERA owners themselves.

Changing my rating, as it really is the management that causes financial problems living here…read more They fail to provide moveout documentation to tenants such as a lease termination with the moveout date, which most moving people need to get accurate refunds of renters insurance. -------------- My lease ended on February 19th, yet they charged me rent for the whole February, despite giving written notice two months back of an intent to vacate when the lease ends. I'm attaching a snippet of their "Notice of Intent to Vacate" form here. Notice that they do not hold responsibility if their autopay system deducts beyond a lease term, even if the second paragraph clearly declares a renter's liabilities only past the moveout date, not before. When I called the leasing office to ask why they charged beyond 2/19, the staff gave conflicting reasons in the same call, initially saying it was "in case I stay beyond" then later saying it was a "limitation so they couldn't credit back." They never sent me an email after I requested to have what the staff said in writing. I eventually got refunded.

Their pricing is also very competitive and they are friendly to deal with. My only recommendation for improvement would be better pro-active communication from them. They should probably give the client at the start a simple one page sheet outlining the timeline of the project plan so expectations are set. On a few occasions I had to run after them to check on project status, but they did always return my call in a timely fashion. But again, I highly recommend them.

I hAve two very high energy dogs that are blessed to have a huge backyard to safely play in. But…read morethen a tree came down during last week's high winds and landed right on my existing fence, sentencing them to indoor confinement with sporadic outdoor leashed excursions. I called Carlos for quote on repairing my fence-- he responded immediately, and we set up a time for him to come out and assess the job. He was wonderful and attentive, made suggestions and was sensitive to the fact that the faster the job was done, the better it was for the pups... He originally thought he wouldn't be able to get to the job for at least two weeks, which I accepted, but the next day he called me to tell me he moved things around and would make sure to make the repair happen sooner. Wouldn't you know it, within three days Carlos and one of his workers started the job. His worker was on the job from 8 am until 6 pm for three days, EVEN WORKING IN THE RAIN!! And this was not an easy fence-- it ran through about 400 feet of really thick woods. I was expecting a simple repair of maybe some new range wire being attached to existing stakes-- BUT OH MY GOD. This guy built me a whole new fence. Cemented 7 foot high stakes every 6 feet, hung heavy duty deer fence that he BURIED down 6" so the dogs wouldn't dig under it. I am speechless. I have NEVER felt so compelled to write a Yelp review, but if you need a fence, call Carlos. Amazing service. THANK YOU, CARLOS!
