Jill was responsive to every text or call. She answered to all of our questions quickly. After meeting with Jill, we learned that she is genuine and real, which we love about her. We were first time home buyers and we wouldn't want anyone else as our real estate agent. She has a ton of house knowledge and has a lot of great connections working with her! read more

Our agent, Jill Taylor, was amazing! She guided us through the prepping of the home so we can really show off its best qualities. We had multiple offers and our home went for well over asking price. She gave us solid advise and worked hard to get us over the finish line. We feel so grateful to have found her. read more

I had the fortunate experience of having Jill Taylor as my realtor. She came highly recommended from another realtor (who is a friend of mine) at Cuozzo reality in New Haven county. I had to sell my families residence as both parents have since passed away. Jill was timely, reachable and extremely helpful. She has a good group of support people regarding getting a house ready for market if you need contacts. Would do business again. John Lujick read more

Jill was amazing throughout the process of helping us sell and buy a new home right before the height of covid. Very thorough and consistent. I couldn't recommend her to enough of my friends and family! read more

Jill made the process so easy. She was very informative and was always there to answer a call. She scheduled viewing appointments and traveled all the way from Milford to the Hartford area almost daily to help me find the house. I highly recommend her for finding your right place. read more

I noticed Jill in 2013 when we found a home and came close to making an offer but walked away due to our silliness and our realtor's incompetence at the time. The realtor we worked with could brag about being in the business for 30+ years but lacked basic communication skills and experience. We waited 5 years for another opportunity. The next day, after Jill listed the property, we made an offer, and she became our (buyer) agent as well--one of the best decisions in our lives. She stayed on top; her communication skills were next to ... nobody comes close. She sold our old place as well. read more

Jill Taylor is a very knowledgeable real estate professional. We purchased our home in New Haven County during a very difficult time. We didn't know the area, just had a vague idea of where we would like to live. Jill's work ethic impressed us for sure. She met with us at each house in person & answered our questions & we learned a few things along the way. Jill was available by text and phone. Initially, she was recommended to us from family & from our experience, we, in turn, would recommend her to work with anyone. We love our home & our neighborhood. read more

My wife and I have owned and rented properties for approximately ten years. During that time, we have used numerous agents with limited results. Before meeting Jill, we contemplated doing everything ourselves because we were doing most of the work anyway. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to one agent, she stated," I am really busy...I will just drop off the keys". Jill has shown us the benefit of having a great agent. She finds us, great tenants in minimal time and, to our surprise, does all the work. We were so impressed with Jill that we later used her to find our dream home. She helped us find a beautiful home at great value. Her knowledge saved us both time and money. read more

Jill is a great realtor. She knows what she's doing. Very knowledgeable, quick to respond to emails and texts, and always friendly and professional. I've worked with her on selling my house, finding a temporary rental, and purchasing a townhome. Three years after I first worked with her I contacted her again because of the positive experience I had with her. She deserves 10 stars! read more

Jill was recommended to us by a relative. We were extremely pleased and impressed with her services. She was very responsive and attentive, getting us into houses within hours or a day or two of asking. She was very dogged about digging up intel on the listings, and when she walked through houses with us she noted important pros and cons we would have overlooked. Though we dragged our search out for months, her cheerfulness and helpfulness never flagged. When we found our "dream home", we let her call the shots - offer price and strategy, pre-closing negotiations, etc. We got the contract, we got the seller to agree to her carefully chosen list of repairs, both on the first shot. She has helped with the bank, the attorney, and on and on. We are very grateful to her and recommend her to our family and friends. read more

We love Jill!! We've worked with her both buying and selling our home. Each time was enjoyable, as Jill made the process easy to understand and navigate. We will be using Jill again for any real-estate needs! read more

My husband & I just purchased our first home with Jill's help. Besides being a great agent, Jill was a pleasure to work with. Always upbeat & on top of everything, she handheld us throughout the whole process. What I really liked, is that she was completely honest with us. When she shows you the properties, besides the good things she will point out what is wrong with the house if anything is wrong. We found Jill through Zillow and decided to meet her solely based on the reviews we read online. We found our dream home in just 2 weeks and closed in 2 months from our first meeting with her. She showed us the properties at our pace and matched both of our busy schedules with ease. Jill also recommended most of our support team to us: a wonderful Mortgage Broker and a great Home inspector. Overall, Jill is a great Realtor. We are very glad we gave her a call. Now we are HOMEOWNERS!!!! read more

Friendly but my opinion is not a good negotiator when it comes to the house u really want

There are so many good things to say about Jill that it's tough to know where to start so instead I'll start with the ending...: Jill is the finest real estate professional I've ever worked with and our whole family works in the industry. My mother decided to move to Connecticut and began her search for a home in Milford. After seeing many homes on her own, she eventually met Jill at one of Jill's various open houses. It was a great house but not quite right for my mother (who had very specific needs and preferences) but she was so impressed by Jill's warmth, professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market, she decided to work exclusively with Jill to find her new home. I was very surprised my mother decided to work with a broker because our whole family is in the industry so we are used to "doing it ourselves" but after I joined my mother for a few showings with Jill, I immediately saw why she was so impressed. Jill always stuck to our guidelines, never tried to push anything on us and always had a great attitude. When my mother eventually decided to look at neighborhoods closer to New York City, she thought she'd have to find a different broker because Jill was based primarily in the Milford/Trumbull area. Jill didn't miss a beat and ended up finding my mother exactly what she wanted in Westport, CT. Not only did Jill find her a home in a neighborhood she thought she'd never be able to afford, she negotiated tirelessly with the seller's agent to get her an even better price. When it came time to close, several issues came up and while we had trouble getting the attorney and the bank to do their jobs, Jill just kept solving problem after problem, keeping us on track to close where I have no doubt any other agent couldn't have kept the deal from falling through. I can't imagine anyone having done a better job and Jill continues to check in on my mom from time to time going on over a year now since the closing. read more

Jill Taylor is incredibly dedicated, spending way more time on the purchase of our home than I would have expected from any realtor, let alone one as busy and recommended as Jill. We purchased our first home in Morris Cove in New Haven thanks to Jill, who was available 24 hours a day to answer questions and help. She never made us feel inferior or stupid and was willing to chase our dreams wherever they lead us. Even with a scheduling conflict, she made sure to be at the closing with her adorable family. Jill was recommended to me from a close friend who also was able to purchase his first home thanks to Jill, and we couldn't be happier. I am normally quite critical and cantankerous when it comes to business transactions, but Jill was able to keep me calm through the craziness called "purchasing a home". She always looked out for our best interests, and even was kind enough to give us a housewarming present. Now that I look back, we couldn't have done it without her. read more
