For reasons I won't get into, that listing was "pulled out from under him" (not by me/us). Anyway, throughout the years, Craig continued sending us holiday greetings and keeping in touch. We would always say, "Whenever we sell our home, we need to make sure Craig gets the listing." Well, that fateful day arrived earlier this year and Craig did not disappoint. As reflected in other reviews, he has a great personality, tons of years in the business, keeps the stress level low, is always accessible (I'm talking late hours, weekends, whenever), keeps the communication flowing at all times, listens, assists with whatever tasks (inspections, coordination). I don't think you can ask for more in a realtor. Craig does a fantastic job and you would do yourself a disservice not to use or even consider his services.
