Then she's ALL ABOUT THE BUYER and will forget who she is really working for. She will lie to you to get whatever the buyer wants. She'll do anything to make that sale happen once she gets the scent of money. She allowed an unauthorized person into my home and lied about it, not knowing that I had my security equipment activated because she began acting strange. So I SAW what she allowed to happen in my absence. I only wish that I had gotten that gut feeling about her sooner!! Who knows what else went on before. She allowed the buyer's people to setup unauthorized tests without consulting me first, my personal property (not included with the sale) was tampered with and nearly caused me bodily harm. But the worst thing she did was NOT secure my home before she left on inspection day!! Windows were left unlocked and ANYONE could have entered before I returned or even while I was home. DO NOT TRUST this person, especially when she's got money in her sights. Someone that leaves a person's home unsecured is not someone that I will EVER trust or ever recommend, not even to my WORST enemy!

On February 2023 I submitted an inquiry at Realtor.com looking for information on a property at a…read morebuilding in Mystic, CT. Within minutes a young lady from Garden Realty was calling looking to find out additional details on our wants and needs. A few minutes later that day, I received an email from Greg Hanner with additional information on the property, the area and an introductory video of himself, his realty company and services. Later that evening, Greg called me to introduce himself already informed on the details from my conversation with his assistant. He shared his background and extensive experience on the southeastern part of CT (2022 and now for 2023 the #1 Agent of the Year for CT New London County). I told him that we were early in our search and that we weren't even sure if we were ready to buy any properties. However, if we found the right place at the right price, we would consider it. Greg was very professional and pleasant, and even with this low-level interest, he was willing to assist us in our search. Over the next few days, he shared a series of property options, his own personal experiences with other buyers, and scheduled a viewing on the original property we had inquired on. Over the next few weeks, Greg facilitated several showings, and was present at each one, very engaged, clearly informed and knowledgeable. It was also very apparent that Greg had plenty of experience in the area, as each property we saw hit many of the must-haves we were looking for. He pointed out where a compromise would be necessary along with pros and cons, at times highlighting features we would not have considered. Greg scheduled the property inspection with a local home inspection team he had worked with in the past. Greg was there throughout, asking questions, ensuring that we understood where there were areas of opportunity. From the inspection, there were a number of areas where we would need addressed at some point, so Greg negotiated a credit to the purchase price as to not disrupt the tenant to address some cosmetic issues. Overall, our experience with Greg was very positive. His knowledge of the local market, his experience as seasoned realtor, his pleasant demeanor, with and realistic expectations were exactly what we needed.
