I was given no time to renegotiate this transaction, costing me money. The list goes on... I would not recommend Lexicon to a friend, colleague, or complete stranger.

He also met with me on a weekend day to explain the maps to me which I appreciated since it was my first time getting a survey done. Since there was a little issue with some land near my house he referred me to a lawyer local in town that could help me rectify the issue. With regard to selling our old house, Sam knew exactly what to do. She was always polite , responsive and efficient. After having my mortgage (at a really ridiculously amazing rate) I needed to refi in order to get rid of PMI. I went back to Jennen in order to get help w/ my refi. She got back to me quickly and helped me sort out various options w/ my new loan. She e-mails back so quickly and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Nothing was done without checking with me first, and explaining the entire loan to me. The maintenance group was also very helpful. The grounds always looked nice and the common areas were well kept. I loved our Acadia apartment! The layout was very spacious and more than enough room for us. The floors and appliances were all in great shape. We had a balcony overlooking the dog park, which our pup loved! My only complaint would be that I wish there was a kitchen pantry, but the number of cabinets made up for it. The location is also awesome. You are on the same road as TJ Maxx, Edge Fitness, Bank of America, multiple grocery stores, and a few great local ice cream shops and restaurants. I commuted into New Haven and it was very easy. Definitely consider The Mark if you are looking for a nice apartment complex in the area!

The place is not well-maintained. They do the minimum possible. So many things are broken or not…read moremaintained. They hire the shoddiest landscapers and snow removal companies that keep you awake all night. They are the cheapest owners who have no pride for their property because it hurts their pocketbook. They care nothing about the tenants either - all they care about is themselves and money. Lots of talk and finger pointing. Supposed to be luxury. Don't believe it. It's not safe - there is no security and open cars are ransacked often in the middle of the night. And the rents are crazy for such an old place. They find every opportunity to screw you out of more money. I moved out because it doesn't come close to being worth the cost. If you have another option go there. Avoid this place and any of the others they own - Continental Properties.
