I contacted Jim's office and spoke with his wonderful wife, Becky. She immediately got us a fair quote and an estimated timetable. Jim diligently did his research and was able to stakeout boundary lines and corners around our property. By the end of the survey, we ended up with significantly more property than originally thought; some of which was being encroached upon. A map was provided to us, and upon request, Jim speedily made a map for us on Mylar paper as well. Thanks to Jim we can now build a fence around our property, giving us privacy and a place for kids to play safely.

They promised 7-10 turn around time and sent the invoice right away minutes after speaking with Viviane. She was very helpful in getting all the details needed for the job and making sure the deposit was paid. Once I paid and awaited the job, I followed up in one week at the earlier end of the the TAT and was told it was ready and was in the finalizing stages, it should've been ready at the end of the week. I followed up at the end of the week, and didn't get a response until days later, claiming the same thing. Now we're past the promised time and I found myself calling and emailing nonstop for an answer. I was started contacting the VP he said he was on vacation and would have someone contact me end of day. When I didn't get anything end of day, I called him back. No reply. Then I called him back on Monday he said I would hear from someone. Same run around for days. I wrote a really long email about the discontentment and unsatisfactory I had been receiving. Someone else by the name of Nick, stepped in sent the survey ahead of final payment and apologized. I didn't like that I didn't hear from Gary again with an apology or anything.
