They may be busy but they always make time for every seller. Not only did Stephanie come multiple times to our home and explain financials, she walked through each room and explained what we should do to "stage" the home. She was very upfront about how much we should list it and she doesn't represent homes she doesn't feel confident about. My husband and I always felt we were in good hands and we appreciated all she and her team did for us to sell our home! Then, 2 weeks later, my new Realtor brought potential buyers to our house who told us that about 3 weeks earlier they had an appointment with Stephanie to view our home. They came for the appointment and waited on my back deck for 30 minutes but Stephanie never showed so they moved on and almost bought another house. Our experience with Stephanie was not a good one. Missed appointments and phone calls that go unreturned. Her team sells a lot of houses but if service matters I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Her extensive industry knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market is priceless. Her input on everything from staging to selling tips comes from decades of experience, knowing what works and what doesn't. From the moment we discussed the current market, she told me what she felt the selling range was for my home, which was higher than I was expecting. We priced in that range, had an enormous turnout at our open house, received three solid offers and were under contract at the high end of her original range in just 4 days at 8% over the asking price! This is why you should call Fredda First!

I tragically lost my fiancée to an unknown brain tumor 30 days before our wedding. Several months later made the agonizing decision to sell the house. She showed more compassion and empathy than some friends and family from the beginning to the end of the process. She made the entire process easy and through some of my tearful conversations always had compassion and respect for my feelings and the property too. Selling a house is hard enough. Selling a house after a tragic loss is even harder. Thank you for helping me through the process!!! You are a 5 star Agent. Highly recommend. Thank you again Robert.

We approached her to be our agent for us as she appeared to us to be the sales leader of the Milford Shoreline and even has a Luxury Waterfront Division. Given our lengthy search up until that point, and our super picky home requirements, I told her I would be her most difficult customer ever. From that day on, she was always so positive that she would find us our dream home. Shortly after starting to work with her, we gave her a list of homes that we were attracted to based on our research and she did a mailing to those homeowners to see if they would sell. During our search, we often would get frustrated that we weren't finding what we were looking for, but her never ending positivity pumped us up and kept us focused on the search. Well, she delivered on her promise to find us our dream home and we are so happy! Not only are we happy to have found this dream home, and helped us get it for a great price, but we now have Stacy as our neighbor = triple win!
