When the appraiser called to schedule the appraisal of my home, I explained that I have two…read morefriendly dogs of my own, and that I have another male staying here (a friend's dog) who is not as easy going. He lives completely separately and does not interact with my animals, and he is not as well behaved with humans. I explained how I would like to proceed and he seemed comfortable with the plan for his visit. When he arrived, I again reminded him of the situation and introduced him to my friendly boys. I explained that "Miles" was outside, and that when he was completely finished in the home, I would put Miles back into the finished basement, where he has been staying with my friend. I again reiterated that he isn't as friendly, that the dogs don't interact, etc. Despite all of this preparation, this gentleman let my dog outside. As soon as he did so, I ran out, but it was too late. A horrific fight ensued. And here is the worst part- - this large, physically powerful looking man wouldn't come out and help me separate the dogs. Despite me begging and crying out for help, he left me out there by myself. Very long story short, this man actually kept going with his assessment and was upstairs when I finally got my friend's dog out of my yard and ran in to tell him that I had to get to the emergency vet. I could not believe it. Then, I have an asthma attack at the vet's office, and someone has to run to the pharmacy to get me a prescription inhaler. Nightmare! When I call the company to explain what happened, at first they refused to get a supervisor on the phone or give out any names. What kind of legitimate company behaves in this manner? When I finally get "Ken" (no last name given) on the phone, he tells me that the appraisers are independent contractors, and the company has no liability for the $1200 vet bill. He was flippant and dismissive. As a consumer, I was dismayed. As a professional trainer, I was horrified by the lack of customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CLEARLY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR HIRED PERSONNEL.

What makes them different is their understanding for the urgency and the need to get things done correctly. They are a no voice mail organization so service levels are quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company for your appraisal needs.

When I contacted Trudi and her team, my co-op had already been on the market for 6 months. Even…read morethough there was interest in my unit, the deal could never be sealed. My brother gave me one of Trudi's information cards and, when I decided not to renew my contract, I thought it best to give her a call. We arranged for her to meet me at my unit so that she could provide an assessment of the unit. There are three things that you will immediately notice about Trudi upon meeting her: her energy, her confidence and her directness - all of which I needed and appreciated. Trudi took the time to explain what the market was for my apartment, where competing apartments were located (including a comparison of amenities) and what the appropriate price points were given the information she provided. The bottom line: she was going to sell my apartment. She told me that. She was forthright in her assessment that, while my apartment was/is small, it was well decorated and did not need any further monetary investment. I just needed the "right" person to view this as their home. She also reviewed my current listing and recommended that it be changed completely, including uploading new pictures, new descriptives, computerized staging and a layout - without additional cost to me. Trudi and her associate, Deanna Hansen, also presented innovative ways to drive foot traffic to my listing and presented weekly metrics as to how the listing was doing. No sooner was the new listing uploaded, the views of my listing quadrupled within a day and people were making appointments to view the unit. Mind you, previous to Trudi's recommended changes, there was little-to-no foot traffic. That said, regardless of how many people view your listing, you ultimately need/want someone to make an offer and follow through with it. For me, this was the most stressful part of the process. Trudi and Deanna always kept me apprised of what they were doing. Most of all, they assured me that everything was going to be okay. I just had to focus on the goal. Given the fact that my listing was in its fourth month, Trudi reached out to me and it was decided that reducing the price was the best and most realistic option. I received three cash offers immediately thereafter; one of which moved forward to "conditional contract". Since the unit is a co-op, it required the potential buyer to go before the Board of Directors for an interview. Trudi and Deanna reviewed the prospective buyer's application to ensure its completion and worked with the buyer to make all necessary corrections. I officially sold my apartment a week shy of the expiration of my contract. This is no exaggeration: Trudi Iglesias is the best - both professionally and personally. This process is taxing - emotionally and financially. It is good to know that you can count on your real estate agent to get the stressfulness of the situation and have your back. Trudi Iglesias is that agent. If you need a real estate agent, do not look any further. Trudi Iglesias and Deanna Hansen will sell your home.

Real estate is not my favorite thing as so many things depend on a lot of factors. I highly…read morerecommend that you look up Trudi Iglesias at this Coldwell Banker! She is very good at what she does! On top of that, she understands the market and most importantly gets people. If you want someone on your side, look her up!
