She was lacking experience of basic property knowledge of the house she was listing. Very defensive about listing duration and any past history that I was interested in. She was defensive, accusatory and one of the most smug people I have ever met in the area. She turned me off from not only the house but anytime I see a for sale sign from Higgins Group Private Brokers I get a bad taste in my mouth remembering meeting her. If it wasn't for the countless other brokers that I met in the area that have been friendly and helpful I would be turned off to buy a house in CT at all because of Carol. Run from this woman and look for a kind person to help you through the process. She will only bring grief and stress and aggravation working with her.

She Claimed her company is "a multi million dollar company" and bailed out because she couldn't pay a measly $400 to fix the damage. The devil came out of her and she breathed fire. 2 of us own the home and she played my sister against me. Very petty and un professional. I am now stuck with a broken masonry. Beware of this this agent. Beware of people looking at your home from Coldwell Banker. They don't care if an agent or buyer damages your property. It was a horrible experience and upset me greatly.
