She e-mails back so quickly and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Nothing was done without checking with me first, and explaining the entire loan to me. I highly recommend her and her team - just fantastic overall. It made the process so much easier, worry free and simple. I think that my new rate is wonderful, no more PMI - So I am just one huge happy camper. Thank you Jeneen!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

As first time home buyers in this crazy market, it was a blessing to have her in our corner. From day one it was clear Heather was committed to making sure we not only we got a house, but that we got the RIGHT house for us. Heather never pressured us and was committed to supporting us while educating us on the market and the home buying process. She was incredibly responsive, communicative, and ensured we were getting into houses as soon as they were listed. Heather went above and beyond to get us into houses, even with out complicated work schedules. She is a great listener and takes into account your preferences and remembers the small details of you are looking for. She also provided great perspective and helped us consider not only the benefits but also compromises of each house we toured. We were able to consider things we would not have noticed on our own. She was strategic and knowledgeable when helping us put together our offer letter, and ensured we stood out. Even after our offer was accepted, she continued to support us every step of the way. She also recommended to us an excellent team of lawyer and loan officer which made the process seamless. From our first phone call to closing day, Heather was always there for us. I would recommend Heather to any family member or friend looking for a home. I wish we could buy a second home just to continue working with her! Do not pass up the opportunity to work with this excellent agent.

If you want to find your dream home and lose it after paying for appraisal and inspections and…read moreeverything else, DEFINITELY use this company. After two months of problem after problem and three different loans and multiple hang ups due to their incompetence we had to terminate the sale of the home we had our heart sets on. Hours after giving birth to our son. These people applied for mortgages that we didn't even qualify for. Shouldn't you know the specifications of a loan before applying and putting a hard inquiry on your clients credit? They applied for a loan and then came back and said "oh that one didn't work because you make too much." Uhm, shouldn't you know the income guidelines for a loan before applying your clients for it?! We found another broker and another home and we were in it within a month of looking at it. No glitches. No hang ups. Nothing. It was stress free and simple. With East Coast, it was problem after problem after problem. They knew our loss was their fault because they refunded us costs that they had nothing to do with. They asked us for papers that didn't even exist. Stuff they already had. They delayed important things needed to be done on their end. Verifying employment only days before our THIRD closing date. Stuff that just prolonged the sale time and time again and started to annoy the sellers. It was a disaster. After our problem free second home buying process it's clear to us that this company is totally incompetent. Wanna know the best part, they sent our refund check to the address of the house we LOST!!! ‍
