There was no pressure selling, no trying to con me into buying a CD or something other investment. He didn't ask me about my mortgage or try to swindle me into nonsense. It was great. Every time I go there now, people recognize my face and make a point to say hello. I'm not sure how they train their staff, but other banks could take a page out of their book. Also since my works business account is here I am forced to deal with this bank until they decide to stop dragging there feet and change. Never the less we get charged fees for handling cash deposits and fees if we write out too many checks. Uh hello it's a business! Annnnnnd checks take up to 3-4 days to clear.
