Aside from being overcome with grief, now we had to decide what to do with her home. From the minute we made the first call they were attentive and not at all pushy. PLEASE, if this is your first time selling your home and you find yourself on Pearce's website, do a little research of your own (reading reviews etc.). It's easily one of the biggest investments of your life and although the purchase of our home with a current employee here back in Winter of 2017 was the easiest / smoothest process and we were extremely happy, this was simply not the case for the sale of our home 1.5 years later (again,same realtor who helped us purchase). The only good thing to come out of this process was the simple fact that we had an offer within 5 days of our house being listed, there was an incredibly large miss on the offer that we had accepted that was overlooked and beings we were bound to, could not go back on (partially our miss but beings were not the ones making commission, this is the job of your realtor). From that point on, communication lacked and we felt as if we were the ones constantly asking what the next steps were in this process. Fast forward to 45 days later and multiple extensions from the buyers and we had finally closed and no longer have to be subject to dealing with a company who does not have paying customers best interested at hand.
