The restaurant and service were fine. Very disappointed with the menu. Not vegan or vegetarian friendly. No entree options. I was able to get a plain baked potato, a side of grilled asparagus, and the Brussels sprouts. read more

Saw this place advertised on IG. Great service. Sat at lower table but got really loud. Most places do I guess. My girlfriend and I split a hush burger with no bun with the vegetables which was very good. The dates were good, but I thought they would be better. They were very small. Everyone else liked their meals. At the end of the evening, We found out the owner and chef of hush and his family were sitting next to us with a very loud toddler. We were celebrating two birthdays so they presented us with three desserts and candles on top. That was from the chef and owner sitting next to us who felt bad about the toddler. :) that was very surprising and a much appreciated Joy in our evening! Thank you chef!! Overall enjoyable. read more

Wow! Such a great find! We started with the Brussels sprouts and bacon wrapped dates. So friggin good!! That set us up for success. I had the chicken sandwich which was freshly fried and packed with coleslaw. The fries were properly crispy and service was amazing! We will be back! read more

A solid 4.5 stars for sure. The food is definitely top notch and delicious! Ordered the mac gratin and did not disappoint! Nice bubbly crusty top ! Yummers! The Hush burger also hit the spot. Fries were equally delicious! Nice and crispy! The service was excellent as well ! Thank you! Will be back. read more

Went there after seeing the review from Mr. AZ Sports guy. That place was super good. The bacon wrapped dates are a must. Everything was super good. Our steak was awesome. I have to go back and try the burger. 100% recommended this to friends. read more

Get the hush burger, crispy chicken sandwich, and bacon wrapped dates. One of the best restaurants in AZ. The service is top notch as well.

I finally had the hush burger!!! And it really was great! I normally don't like onions, but they were carmalized, the waiter said I should keep them so I did and they were really nice. If I'm out, I don't want a cocktail I can make at home. Their butter washed old fashioned was just the thing and it was so good and sooooo smooth! Looking forward to come back! read more

First time to Fire At Will. Got there at 4:30pm on a Friday. Asked for a table for three. Restaurant was empty with the exception of one table. Hostess stated we could only have the table until 630. I was meeting two friends from out of town, that I had not seen in a while so being told we had a time limit on our table was a little offputting. They were nice about it though. Ambience is cute. Service was very good. Server was very attentive throughout the whole dinner. We ordered an appetizer of onion dip and chips. That was very good. The onion dip was a little sweet tasting, but we certainly ate all of it!! Food presentation was very simple. One person ordered salmon and grits, and it was literally that on the plate some grits with salmon on top. Another friend ordered steak and baked potato and again just a steak and a baked potato somewhat like you could have at my house!! I think sometimes you can make a plate look nice without a lot of food on it, but none of these extra touches were on any of the plates. I ordered the hutch burger that seemed to be one of their signature dishes. There are a lot of places in town that serve some pretty amazing burgers, but unfortunately, this is not one of them. The bun was dry, the meat was not flavorful and was very dry. There wasn't a lot of flavor in this secret sauce and there were very few onions and pickles on the burger. The fries were just room temperature and were just average at best. Truthfully, I feel like I could have had better fries and a burger at Culver's. I guess for the price of food and a restaurant these days I just felt it fell short. read more

Great service and food. We love the burger and chicken sandwich both are amazing but so is the whole menu. Great cocktail menu and vibes inside read more

Really enjoyed everything, so glad we had a reservation at 5 PM. By 5:15 it was packed. Started with two small plates, the bacon wrapped dates were unique and tasty. The dates were sitting in a flavorful sauce with walnuts, puréed red bell peppers, pomegranate seeds and goat cheese crumbles. The baby kale salad was large and easy to share. Incredibly juicy and flavorful hamburger - the hush burger. Tiramisu was creamy (not made with lady fingers). The cobbler takes a long time and we ended up getting it to go. read more

Food is solid. Excellent service. Ambiance is modern and simple making the food the star. Nothing too fancy just good food and good times. In an era where McDonalds is $15 a person, these price for the food makes sense. read more

Good food, ambience and service. Will certainly be going back through in the future. Made for a great date night spot

Was looking forward to this place based on a couple social media claims of being one of the best burgers in the valley. Wrong. Burgers are extremely overhyped. Mid at best. The burger and fries were way too greasy. Fries were under cooked and lacking real flavor. Tea and water tasted terrible. Service was great. I'll stick to the Chuckbox and Original Hamburger Works. Very disappointed. read more

Came for happy hour which is basically $2 off apps and drinks. Only a couple people at the bar when we arrived. We were seated at a high top table. Service is quick and friendly. Nice atmosphere without overbearing music or noise. We ordered one of everything on the happy hour menu plus mussels and stacked enchiladas. The food was outstanding! There was not one thing we didn't like. Standouts for me were the Brussel sprouts and the croquettes. The flavors of all just exploded like a party in my mouth. Plump, warm mussels, slightly crunchy and salty sprouts, crisp chips and home made onion dip. Bacon wrapped figs with a mildly spicy sauce. Scotched eggs with a unique combination and interesting flavor. The cocktail was a unique blend of flavors that went down easily. They brought out each item about 5 minutes apart so as not to rush us or crowd the table with plates. This is one place I highly recommend and plan to return to. read more

The ambiance is beautiful, obsessed with the green hanging inside. Not too loud, not too dark, we had reservations for 2. Burger is so worth it and absolutely delicious. The ribeye had great flavor but the pieces were cut way too thick, felt like it should have been better based off the price. Our server Jordan was amazing! I would love to be back and try more things off the menu. We came for a birthday so they had a little birthday treat for us at the end of our meal. read more

I had a nice meal here with my parents recently. It was packed for a Tuesday night! This was exactly the vibe we were looking for - an upscale cocktail bar. We were on a quick trip in Scottsdale and didn't have fancy clothes with us, but we wanted a nice warm meal to celebrate an early birthday together. Fire At Will is upscale casual I would say, so that was great for us. I tried one of their gin cocktails and thought it was really balanced and tasty. We enjoyed everything we got to eat. The only thing that didn't "wow" us was the French onion soup dip...we were excited to try it but we all agreed it could have had more onion flavor. It was sort of bland, unfortunately. Also maybe having some other options for dipping besides just the potato chips. It just became a little one-note after a few bites. The gem salad was DELICIOUS - super fresh and crisp, and the dressing on it was very good. We shared the Mac & cheese which was also great. My mom enjoyed her chicken Marsala, and my dad got the burger and said it was "really, really good." My branzino was good, but I'm a bit torn on whether or not fried panko breading is the right preparation for such a nice piece of fish. It was cooked perfectly, but was maybe the tiniest bit heavy/greasy with the fried crust. I ate it all and enjoyed it though. We got a seasonal cobbler for dessert, which was apple the night we were there. Very good! We were extremely full and happy leaving here. Worth checking out if you're in the area. read more

Delicious food and great service! Best cubano sandwich I've ever had, and my husband said he loved the rib eye steak! We will be back!

Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely come back soon. read more

Very limited menu. Good salad but over $20 when I added chicken. Shocked to see that my request for a cup of coffee came to $8. I believe that the server should have pointed out that coffee was served in a French press . Three of us tried this cafe for the first time . We were disappointed. Server was very nice. read more

Excellent service. Appetizers delicious - bacon wrapped dates and croquettes. I would have given a 5, but the caesar salad was really disappointing (mostly tasted the parmesan, almost no dressing and def no garlic) and the cheeseburger was WAY salty (american cheese should be the salt, more isn't better). Seriously though, the bacon wrapped dates with the goat cheese and spice and walnuts and pomegranate - enough to come back for every week. read more

We visited today coming back to Scottsdale and the food was amazing. The menu has a large variety of both food and drink choices. The prices were very reasonable. The exceptional service started from being greeted by host to an excellent waiter that knew the menu well to offer suggestions for the new comers from South Carolina. He was engaging and offered the best service which is hard to keep up with my husband's fast pace drink refills. The ambiance of the restaurant would be a great choice for a nice date night or drinks with friends. Well done. Would visit again when we are back in AZ. Another benefit is you have the ability to reserve a table from their website. read more

My wife and I came here the other night. It's a great spot that the waitress told me has been open for just about a year. Great spot for date night with a beautiful ambience. I will start out my review by saying the 3 star rating had nothing to do with the food or drinks and our server was awesome! Our server gave all her recommendations and all were fantastic choices! I had the salmon which was so good and for appetizers we split the croquettes and the French onion chips and dip. No complaints from that standpoint. The drink I had was also very good - the slow and steady. Would recommend getting this drink for sure! Here's where I took off two stars- I had made a reservation well in advance and we were sat right away to our table. We had two in our party not able to make it last minute and they accommodated us at a different table. After we paid, my colleague and I were talking business- it had probably been about 20 minutes since we signed our check (which by the way was close to $200 with a little over 20% gratuity) and the host asked us if we could move our conversation to the bar. At the time i just kind of brushed it off but we ended up leaving right after that because both of us were pretty annoyed. When we signed our check our server had said to take our time but to feel rushed out by the hostess just left a sour taste in my mouth. We were paying customers so it wasn't like we took up a table the whole time drinking water. I probably won't be back again albeit the food being good, it just was a bad experience to be at a business dinner with and have to cut it early because the restaurant wanted to turn the table. Poor customer service for a restaurant that is wanting to be labeled a more fine cuisine read more

August 14, 2025 - My wife wanted to try one of our son's favorite "sports bar" Vintage 14 and when we arrived....it is closed!!!! AAAAAAHHHH, so we looked around and saw Fire at Will, so she said let's give it a shot. We walked in and the bartender had seen us coming in and she was at the door ready to greet us. We sat at the high top overlooking the bar. Their wine list is great and the food was excellent. The bartender was our server and we think she was the only one, but there may have been a server taking care of other tables... regardless our girl was great. The ambiance is fantastic and they even have acoustic tiles to dampen the noise all around, which is a nice touch. Unless you really look, you wouldn't know they are there. Fair warning, the prices are a "little steep" for a burger place and for lunch, but the quality is great and the ambiance more than makes up for it. They say the food is sharable...not if you are hungry because it is tasty. This is a definite must try. We will bring our boys back because I think this will be a staple on their dining preferences. read more

Excellent Food & Service & the ambience is great & comfortable. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Sorry to say it would be against my will to return to Fire at Will. The quality of food does not match the price. The ambiance was decent. My dishes came out cold, the cajun pasta was aggressively over seasoned. It was like someone dumped a 1/2 cup of Tony's seasoning into the dish. The ceviche was spicy too but good. The lobster roll is the size of the appetizer. I ordered the croquettes, the cajun pasta and 2 drinks. I gave a decent tip but came out feeling like I had just been robbed. The server was good, staff was nice but the food was no bueno. I ordered the Big City drink, that was delightful. But not good enough for me to return. read more

Met some gf's for happy hour here. They have a great burger and we shared a bunch of appetizers. The bacon wrapped dates and crispy Brussels were the best apps!
