A very large, beautiful Angel fish was in a bag with barely enough water to cover its dorsal fin, just sitting on the bottom of the bag so it wouldn't be uncovered in water. And the freshwater system is completely infested with snails.

Also, there are other reasons why this corporate store displeases me: 1) This store is wasting precious ground water by allowing the toilet in the men's restroom to continually leak. I've previously reported this issue, and the problem persists. 2) Employees need to more often empty the trash can located at the front entrance. It's not sanitary to have garbage overflowing out of the receptacle. I informed an employee, and no action was taken to correct the issue. 3) If a manufacturer's coupon is attached to a product's packaging and for sale in the store, that coupon should still be honored whether or not it has expired. I've consistently found Hollywood Feed to be much more responsive to their customers, so they remain my primary source for my pets' supplies.
