My experience at this establishment was disappointing, to say the least (Brief synopsis of me:…read morecommunity-centered, kind, and neurodivergent). I only came in because I was looking for something quick. For starters, there were several times during my appointment where a staff member(s) would either 1) stand by the person doing my nails and talk to them specifically without acknowledging my presence and/or 2) stare at me from a distance with other staff members. Additionally, I noticed other customers staring at me as well. Nothing wrong with the stares perhaps; at the same time, there is a difference between looking at someone briefly and staring someone down. Again, I received "stares." All in all, I would say the "vibe" from a third person perspective (specifically, my perspective) was othering. The only reason I left a one star review is because the person who did my nails was excellent at doing their job. As someone who enjoys getting their nails done, I am very well versed in acrylic nails and what I like in them. So the person (Noah) was meticulous and patient. I enjoyed that. Additionally, I really love the finished product - I did not provide a picture because I want to make sure my words are acknowledged first and foremost. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is similar to my identity: Black, queer, neurodivergent, or (such as myself) ALL the above. Additionally, I would not recommend this establishment to individuals who are new to the world of acrylic nails. Suggestion (if you feel disappointed by this review and you're looking for someone to do your nails): invest in independent nail technicians! After this experience, I have realized that as an intentional kind of person, an independent nail technician may be the best way to go. I enjoy having conversation, and I believe independent nail technician's (depending on who you go to) may be able to provide that intentionality I am looking for.

I've recently moved from Oregon was looking for someone who could replace my excellent technician back there. I had visited another salon in Ooltewah and received less than satisfactory service so was a little concerned. I checked Yelp and found Judy's with 4 1/2 stars. You know, with Yelp, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, but this time I scored! Although quiet, Miriam was solid, consistent and gentle. I have slightly "difficult" feet, so feel blessed to now have a pedicure "home". I will be returning!

This salon is women owned and operated by Bae Duong. Never in my life have I had a nail technician…read morethis dedicated to quality. Bae is an incredibly skilled nail technician. Her business is built on quality not quantity and it shows. She listens to EXACTLY what you want and delivers every time. I am a perfectionist - and this woman may be more so than I am. Every time I would go to a salon in the past I always walk out somewhat dissatisfied. Either the nail tech missed a spot, or the gel was uneven, or I had a bleeding cuticle, or my overlay of product on my nail would separate from the nail with in a week. These types of outcomes don't happen here. Always perfect painted polish- INCREDIBLE French manicure perfectly executed by hand, and I feel so relaxed because she desires so strongly for you to have a great outcome. The salon itself is modern, relaxing and beautiful. She encourages you to speak up if you prefer something different and want something changed. You guys- RUN DONT walk to make an appointment. Look up- "nails" "Bexquisite" "Chattanooga Tn". Easy to book also. For all you girlies who love perfect manicure everyone with a relaxing environment- She has drinks to share, good music and great conversation. I've always dreaded the time it takes to get a manicure where you sit there awkwardly and stare at a TV. Those days are gone. Bae is the girl. Very reasonably priced as well! She is truly a hidden gem.

My 93 year old mo had a pedicure. $35 Kim went out of her way to be gentle and kind. It was so lovely to find someone who could communicate with mom and she enjoyed her service immensely. She also worked well on an ingrown toenail and did a better job than the podiatrist did. They used clean instruments and the salon was clean. I had a toenail and cut from a lady whose name I forgot but she was equally kind, did a great job and was very professional. $15. We live quite a distance from them but will definitely drive back for our next service.
