Second, they don't listen to what you want, I had asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and she ignored me and proceed to thread my eyebrows. There was one time when she didn't let the wax cool a bit before applying and it left a scar on my eyebrow and upper lip for a month, WHEN I HAD TOLD HER IT WAS TOO HOT INITIALLY. Called on Friday to confirm appointment since the young lady first booked an hour appointment and wanted a 90 minute. The young lady confirmed my 2:09PM appt for 90 minutes. Today I called on my way due to traffic on I-75 and would arrive a few minutes after 2PM. To my surprise the man on the phone told me I didn't have an appointment!!! I explained the calls I made and when yet he told me I should have known I didn't have an appointment if I didn't receive a text message. What??? First I don't have an appointment I made AND confirmed yet no responsibility for their employees incompetence. Will not be back! Horrible customer service
