I enjoy coming here. I think you can find some great deals on Steve Madden, and other name brands…read moredepending on the season. Of course- if you know your feet are done growing ...as most are when we're adults ;-)- then you'd be surprised on what markdowns they have ...if say you're looking for a boot (but it's the end of the winter season) or sandals (as fall approaches) they have some mind blowing deals on the brand names. They also have manufacturers I've never heard of that make some cutting edge shoes and boots as well. The best part, it won't break your wallet. Their workers are always very friendly, always asking if they can find you your size-as with Nike's etc... they only keep one sneaker in the box ...you have to ask for the matching one. Other brands you don't have to ask at all- both shoes are there in the box. I think they do that to prevent stealing certain brands. Either way, I've always received compliments on sandals that have literally cost me 19.00. I could live there lol. Highly would recommend.

I like this store you know why? Because it's a shoe store! They frequently have a lot of shoes on…read moresale. Anything from high heels to flats to men wear. I deducted a star because the staff is hit-or-miss they can be less than friendly, they can sometimes hard to find but progressively they've been getting better. They don't have coupons which is a bummer but their killer sales can make up for that. My husband wishes they would close so I would stop coming home with so many pairs of shoes.

This mall was once *the place to shop! We visited years ago and Sears looked to be on it's way out…read moreand there were a few empty store fronts at that time. Now, it's more empty spots than occupied. The mall itself appears to be kept clean. Restrooms are older but clean. Light on the concourse seems to come exclusively through the sky light. Food court on third floor has Thai food and you can see Boston Pita just across the mall. Anchor stores include Macy's and JCPenney. Most of the high end stores remain like Holster , Abecrombie and Victoria Secret along with a fragrence and a sunglasses store. Other stores include FYI, The Children's Place and Newbury Comics. An escape room is also in residence, a nail kiosk by apppintment and eyebrow threading. Games are scattered along the mall concourse such as VR and Claw machines. It's really sad to see this once thriving mall so quiet. As we walked the floors I wondered if this could be turned into a multi-use building to include retail and food on the lower level, or on one side, and residential on the upper levels or opposite side. Plenty of parking, not too far from commuter rail, and super convenient for residents to have shopping and restaurants just out their door. Might even grow the retail options - Something similar to The Arcade in PVD. In a world in need of more housing it feels like a win for developers, the city, the stores and the residents imho.

GHETTO! This mall is GHETTO! The only time this mall sees foot traffic is when sports cards…read moreenthusiasts pack the ground floor with their shenanigans. But let me tell you why this mall is so helpless... THE BATHROOMS! I was here earlier and I needed to use the bathroom. I was in Macy's and found theirs, but the men's room was locked. A sign said I had to find an employee for assistance. The two I saw were busy with other customers and I didn't have time to wait, I needed to go. I trekked to the food court area where I used the bathroom there. This was neither sanitary or parliamentary! 1.) the toilets do not flush unless you hold down the handle for an extended period of time. HOORAY! 2.) there are three hand washing sinks yet only ONE of them was working, and only cold water was coming out. 3.) the hand dryers do not work! No paper towels either. So you walk out the bathroom with wet hands that didn't get properly cleaned due to the improper water temperature. It's probably a good thing many food spots left this place... I have yet to see a revitalization in progress. All I see is random vending machines that nobody pays attention to. Good luck!

I am glad I did. The location was pretty busy with a lot of customers walking around looking at merchandise but the atmosphere was still pretty quiet and there was enough space to walk around the store comfortably which is very important to me while I am shopping in a store. They had clothing very neatly displayed with the proper price tags and sizes seemed pretty much in order on the clothing racks. There were several employees on the sales floor doing jobs such as stocking, cleaning, merchandising and assisting customers. At the time that I was there they were offering excellent sale prices on some of the items that I was interested in buying. I tried on some clothing in their very well maintained fitting room and picked out some very nice tops. Nice designs and very affordable. The help at the cashier desk was helpful and seemed to know their stuff. Parking was no trouble at all in the spacious mall parking lot. I would definitely go back to this Macy's store for some more shopping.

Overall it has a lot of my favorite stores - Macy's, VS,Pink,B+bw, Hollister, Rue 21 etc. The mall itself is pretty clean inside, you can easily kill a few hours shopping and it's also a good workout as far as how much walking you can do from end to end and on 3 floors. Not much of a food court but that doesn't matter considering how many restaurants & food places are on that road. I think it's a convenient mall and will definitely continue to shop there
