These shoes and inserts are designed for runners and walkers. They have a machine that is able to measure your foot size in width and length and height of arch as well as pressure points. I am not able to bend over enough to tie shoes so the Sketcher type of slip on shoe is what I was interested in. However they have a slim selection of this type of shoe. Our salesman was very patient and helpful and came up with a solution.

I was rejected at the counter because the tags were removed from the jeans, even though the jeans were never worn And tags were in the bag. What kind of a bullshit ass policy is that? The first thing people do is take tags off their clothing once they bring it home. Clearly the policy was designed this way in order to screw people out of being able to return their overpriced clothing. I've NEVER had this issue at any other store. I'm fact, I had another return that same day at Aeropostale, tags removed from shirt and in the bag, and I was able to return it with no issues. 0/10 for this store and their terrible service and policies. We were easily able to make the returns as their main return policy is that you haven't taken the tags off or washed the items. I did like a lot of the shirts they had, and I joked that the anxiety shirt they have was made for me. The sizes appeared to only go up to XL so I would need to go down at least 1 size to look nice in their clothes but their products are really great. My family member looked great in the shirt they decided to keep and it doesn't break the bank to buy from them. Overall, if your at the mall it's worth stopping in because they have nice items and a great staff. I will definitely be back.
