He even explained why he personally liked a few of the products. I had done a little research before coming in and his recommendations lined up perfectly with what I was looking for. Alex was quick to help, knowledgable and incredibly patient! He even put line on the reel for me. I will definitely be returning for any of my future sporting goods needs.

These shoes and inserts are designed for runners and walkers. They have a machine that is able to measure your foot size in width and length and height of arch as well as pressure points. I am not able to bend over enough to tie shoes so the Sketcher type of slip on shoe is what I was interested in. However they have a slim selection of this type of shoe. Our salesman was very patient and helpful and came up with a solution.

Took sweater to store( located 45+ miles from my home) employee said the owner has to deal with it so I left my number . Owner never called so I called once again to see what would be done. It's the smallest Nike store I've been to but that didn't leave me discouraged. I also feel the need to compare this store to the Adidas and Puma stores in this same factory outlet mall. Nike wins in almost every category over its local competition. The thing here that really wowed me was the large number and helpfulness of the associates. When I had a question I always had an associate with 15 feet. And the associates were happy and smiling while assisting customers. Pricing seemed pretty good and while there were some selections or shoes that I could find on line for less, there were plenty of sale and clearance items that encouraged us to buy a couple pair of shoes. They have a recycle bin (see my tip for description and photo) for shoes and we used it on this visit. Parking here is pretty good and on a nice weekend afternoon we parked within a few hundred feet.

I didn't wear them but when I checked the fit in March, 2016...they were the wrong size. I took them back and got an equal exchange for the correct size. Again, I did not wear them until my cruise in December, 2016. After two days of wearing them, I had huge blisters and the pain was terrible. I tried wearing two pair of socks, bandages, pads, using ointment, antibacterial ointment and wearing a different pair of shoes. Once I got home, I didn't wear them for almost a month. The blisters started to heal although the skin was peeling from both feet for weeks. I tried them again this week and after an hour, I could feel the burning and see the blisters coming on again. I took them back today in the original box with the original receipt and asked what the store could do for me. They took the shoes back, credited me with the full price. I picked out a pair just like I had before and got $36 back on my credit card because the new ones were cheaper! Now that is customer service!
