I called this morning and asked the lady if they could wrap it up for me as a birthday gift and she said of course. I came in at 4pm and everyone is incredibly nice in that store. The gift was perfectly wrapped and they had one out for me to look at as well. Super fast and easy check out. Incredibly friendly staff, excellent products, and will be back to shop for more for sure.

As a guy, I find the thing I want, check to see that the price is fair compared to elsewhere, then buy that thing. I personally believe that one of the major reasons brick and mortar stores are failing is because of bait and switch gimmicks just like this. Consumers are getting wise and we don't appreciate these games. Charge a fair price, run an occasional special, but don't jack people around when they're trying to spend money at your establishment.

Shady sales reps, poor selection, and horrible customer service…read more I went in to buy shoes that I needed to wear to an event that night...I found a cute pair that were on sale (last ones in stock, too) and didn't think to ask the sales rep to show me the matching shoe she got from the back stockroom before checking me out. When I left to my event and changed into my new pair of heels, I noticed the shoes were two different shades! One was more gritty and worn in looking (because it was the display shoe), but the matching shoe they got from the back was so much brighter & vibrant that it was unwearable! Of course sale items are final sale, so I went back to the store asking if they could trade one of the shoes so I could wear them without looking like I was wearing two different color shoes and they said "final sale...I would recommend you just setting the newer shoe in the sun for a while." What kind of customer service is that?! I wasted my time and money dealing with this location.
