From the very beginning, I knew Dale, Joe, and Marcus were serious about their work: open communication, design ideas, and collaborative discussions were the norm with this team. Scott Construction stayed within their time frame, budget, and every aspect of our planning- truly amazing! This team took great care of their work, my property, and any questions I asked throughout the project. They worked independently, earned my trust, and maintained it throughout the project and beyond. I will absolutely be calling on them again for future projects. If you are thinking about ANY home project, I urge you to contact Scott Construction- you will not be disappointed!

I found the right construction company! Before I retired I was in the construction business for 30+…read moreyears. The work this company did for me at my house is top notch. They were great in every respect. Expert at what they do, amazing attention to detail, clean up after themselves every day, and they went above and beyond in terms of taking care of and fixing things that weren't necessarily in the estimate. After they finished the roof we had a small separate project dealing with repair to portions of the stucco that covers the house. They corrected areas that were pulling away from the house so it is now structurally sound and blended those areas to match the original stucco beautifully. Kind, respectful, timely, experienced, dependable. I could go on. Completely and thoroughly satisfied. Highly recommend. Josh Vanderpool and crew are the best!

They asked lots of questions and in the end were our choice. They were very busy in the spring when we thought they would start. They had a large project that had some scope creep so it took them longer than anticipated. We did not have any need to rush as long as it was done in 2026. They came and started in July and due to waiting for materials all has done well. They replaced the roof, a rotted support beam, took off old boards outside and put on boards and batten, built 4 sliding doors, put in a new floor in 2nd story and rebuilt the stairs. We are so happy with the work that the crew did for us. Very pleasant folks, very, very neat, cleaned up regularly. If you want a team that cares select this construction group. We will use them again should a need arise. The VanFleets
