My husbamd and I mad a trip to see what all the fuss was. There were cars lining the road and people walking about. I wanted to buy pumkins and see the display of bones! All sorts og bones. The sister of the gentlemen who puts on a display for Hollween as well as Christmas, was happy to speak to us and explained all the displays there where to visit. She said she gets dressed and greats people on caricature. I was told the best time to go is on Thursday or Friday night. She said it gets really scary out there, as she talked to us on how to move about the grounds. We were directed to the road and instructed to walk through the grave yard to the corn maze and we would find the circus at one side and a new display going the opposite way that was a western theam. I was nurvuse because I did not want to get lost in the corn maze. It was really cool making our way into the grave yard full of bones and other displays. The maze was a nice wide well padded down service. Lights through out for night time. All sorts of fun and very graphic gross displays. I throughly enjoyed every display!! I would not go with anyone who is not good with horrors. There is plenty of that on display. Mind you I went wearily afternoon to visit. In the front they also have things on display. There is no fee for checking out the very interesting maze and displays but there are places to make a donation to help keep them going. I am excited about going back in the dark!!. They are following COVID rules spacing is up to the visitors. Pumpkins are nicely priced...i would highly recommended a drive to check out all the displays. Hollween and Xmas!!

You go online to book a class- typically weekday evenings or weekend afternoons. Then you pick one of dozens of designs they offer to create your own custom wood sign. I was surprised that the time slot was 3 hours- how hard could it be? Well every detail is covered from distressing, to sanding, then staining and finally several stencils and paint followed by more distressing and waxing if you might desire. The finish product looks like a vintage find not some mass produced made in China sign at any local big box store. The location is just stunning, the staff are incredible- helpful, detail oriented and you can tell they truly want it to be an amazing experience. They have beer and wine for sale which is a nice perk. My only tip- don't wear anything that you would be sad to get stain on- they offer aprons but this is a workshop. B&B is a fun night out with friends or would be great for a bachelorette party or wine tour weekend. Plus Skaneateles is such a fun place to make a day out of the visit. I'm sure I'll fill up my punch card quickly- I'm going to my second class tomorrow.
