Great day with several families bowling and at the arcade/laser tag for the afternoon. Cafe could use some more gluten free options. However my son had fries while the rest of us ate pizza. Would definitely visit again. read more

Clean and well equipped, this large bowling center has a family fun area and plenty of food and drink options. When we've gone it's been a little sterile and dull but there is at least some background music playing. Good for people focused on bowling but maybe not the most lively for occasional open bowlers looking for a party atmosphere. read more

My daughter and I had an enjoyable Sunday morning here. Bowling two games and playing a round of laser tag was perfect for us. The staff were nice in both the bowing area and the tag area. We will return! read more

Roseland Bowl - Bowling Near Me - Canandaigua, New York

We've been to Roseland Bowl twice this year with our 6-year-old, each time with different families and groups of young kids, and both visits have been nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and enjoyable. Getting the right shoe sizes was quick and smooth, and the staff was super helpful in setting up ramps and bumpers so the younger kids could bowl with confidence. Everyone had a blast on the lanes! Ordering food was simple, and the staff was friendly and patient with our energetic crew. We had a great variety to choose from--pizza, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, pretzels with cheese, and of course, French fries--all kid-approved and perfect for a fun evening out. After bowling, we spent time in the arcade, which kept the kids excited and entertained. We even squeezed in a surprise game of laser tag with a couple of other families--it was a great way to end the day on a high note! I highly recommend Roseland Bowl if you're looking for a fun, easy, and family-oriented outing. We're already looking forward to our next visit! read more

Did you know that there is a bowling alley in Canandaigua? Well there is and it is amazing! I want to say it is like stepping back in time, but is fully modernized and the staff is lovely! read more

We were at Roseland after a cross country race on the FLCC campus. Their main focus is bowling and they don't have a good room for a big group (200+). The bar room was reserved for us with long rows of tables set up. They were very close together and there was barely room to move. The food was done buffet style, just outside the bar room. The race organizers arranged everything and charged us $10/person. For that we got 2 pizza squares (2x4 inches) and 4 wings. The food was very disappointing. The pizza was like card board and almost burned. There were 2 choices for wings, plain and medium. I picked the medium but they did not have any pizzazz. I cannot imagine how boring the plain ones were. If you are ever planning to have food there, my advice: Don't do it! read more

This place is ridiculous. I called them first thing in the morning yesterday, for reservations today. They told me I wouldn't need any reservations and they would have lanes open. Come in the next day for my dads birthday and they told me they had no lanes open!! Yet there was only 3 lanes with people at them and the rest they said was reserved for leagues. We got there at 5 and asked how long it would be for an open lane. They said it was unsure but we could wait. So we waited in the arcade for about and hour, still had all the lanes open but said we couldn't bowl. They said maybe we could come back at 8 but no guarantee and told me I should of called to make a reservation which I did in the first place!!!! The two men I spoke with were so rude and unprofessional. So irritating. They overcharge for everything, arcade is small and expensive. The food is cafeteria food at best. read more

We were at this establishment for a post race party after the completion of the 5 cross country races in the Pete Glavin Cross Country series. The races were held over a period of 2 months in cities between Syracuse and Buffalo. The last race was held at Finger Lakes Community College. Roseland Bowling Alley is very close by the college. We were shown to a room where approx. 200 chairs were set up at long tables, very close together. Unfortunately there were over 230 runners, plus family members. To say this was crowded would be an understatement. A man from the organizing running club announced that the price p.p. is $10.00. For $10.00 we were given 2 pieces of cardboard, almost burnt pizza,2 inches by 4 inches, and FOUR dry chicken wings. The medium wings had no heat at all; I can only guess by looking at them, that the mild wings had absolutely no flavor. They certainly looked dry. People were hungry, but runners are used to "real" pizza or hot dogs or hamburgers. This pizza tasted like a really bad frozen pizza, plus it was just shy of burnt. It was a crime that people were asked to pay for this food. As a family member/ supporter I was at the closing party last year, held in a lovely facility in Syracuse. Go to Roseland to bowl, not to eat. I hope the organizers of next years party pick a better venue for my $10.00. read more

This is a nice big bowling with plenty of lanes. Also have a cafe and best part of all they have a big arcade with games and laser tag and bumper cars!! Lots of fun to b had and excellent customer service. read more

Me, my wife and a couple of our friends went bowling at Roseland Bowl, and my wife and her best friend wanted to have the bumpers up but when they asked the staff, they said that we were "Too old." I personally think this is ridiculous, as we were there to have fun and it would have caused no harm to anyone else. They laughed in my wife's and her best friend's faces for asking. If it was up to me we would have left then and there. There's no excuse for such disrespect to your customers, regardless of their age. read more

Had an INCREDIBLE experience here planning an event for work (MO's Patient Appreciation Day aka "Fun Day"). The staff went above and beyond in every way- from making sure the entire facility was in tip top shape to coming up with ways we could make the event even more customized and fun for our patients. We had over 500 people attending and they were so flexible with the changes that came as we got closer to the event and helping me make the event as successful as possible. AND our staff had a BLAST jumping right in with the kids and playing laser tag, bumper cars and bowling (the VIP room was a huge hit). A great place to plan an event or just take your kids/family for the day :) Thanks again!! read more

We brought a few friends to Roseland on a Saturday night and we all had a really great time. We all have younger kids and decided to do an hour lane rental. We grabbed a ball ramp, a couple of kiddie balls, picked up the bumpers, and just let the kids roll it down whenever they wanted. We were all pretty busy keeping the kids on task and not throwing the ball down other lanes, down our lane while the pins were being reset, and also trying to keep them in the general area. However, we all really had a blast! We didn't get a chance to play in the arcade or ride the bumper cars, but we didn't really need to right now. Roseland is a great place with lots to do. If you are tired of bringing your kids to the mall, bring them to Roseland and have some fun! read more

Had a great time with the fam on a rainy day. They had a bowl/Laser tag/bumper cars special. Friendly staff. It was a fun way to spend a few hours when it rains for families vacationing around the finger lakes. read more

Great place to bowl and have fun but terrible service if you want to get your bowling ball fixed... sunset bowl in Geneva NY is the perfect place to go they fixed my ball in 15 minutes rather than 4 days and have they did a perfect job then Roseland and way cheaper and more fun at sunset than anywhere else. read more

This is my second time here. The first time was fine I guess. A bit hectic but we got our lanes fairly quickly. But this time the entire visit has just been abysmal. The desk clerk was nice enough, but the bar wasn't open (ok fine) the sign said go see the desk. I get there and there's now 15 people in line. Ok. Except there's only one guy on. We FINALLY flag someone down and we place a drink order. Bad news, no pino Grigio. Ugh ok. I'll take my kids to the snack bar. Bad news, it's closed. I heard people complaining about hardly any available balls (there's no one really even bowling) the place is a joke. It has a lot of potential to be a great center but they've skipped out on so many details. It doesn't have to have the newest equipment or decor (they don't) but then they should make up for it in customer service. I'm not from the area so I generally go other places routinely. There are no good reasons for me to stop here again. read more

I screwed up plans to take my 11-year-old and his friends to Roseland Bowl. They covered for me and allowed the whole party to arrive at their facility unannounced. The kids had a BLAST and the attendant couldn't have been more patient and kind. I will be forever thankful!!! read more
