One of the most amazing things I've ever seen. The variety and set up of the skeletons is mind blowing.

It's not scary it's just a lot of noise. Mainly banging on things and yelling in your face. Was told on the phone it would be 25.00 for 4 of us got up there and it was 50 per person. Ya rather not go again there are better ones out there

They've never been and I promised it would be a blast. Got in line for the Orphan House at 7:30. Line was fairly short but still took us 20 minutes. Problem is they were only letting a single party through at a time, so if you only had two people, that was it. Next party even if it was two people, had to wait 3-5 minutes before being let in instead of just letting them go together. Not a big deal if the line is relatively short but one can see how this will snowball very quickly. On top of it, they introduced "speed passes" for $8 a pop exacerbating the wait for the rest. Idea is like a Disney fast pass but they don't have the experience at line control to handle it well Anyway, was fun, we were all giggling after getting out. Made our way to Psycho Swamp and got in line a few minutes after 8:00. We were about 6 feet beyond the "45-60 min" wait sign. And it was moving at a SNAIL PACE. All the while the "speed pass" line kept moving while us peons were left literally standing. We did not get to the front of the line until 10:15. TWO F'ING HOURS! We would have waited longer but a nice group in the speed pass line let us go with them. It was after 10:30 by the time we were done and the third attraction, the Motel had an even LONGER line. I didn't see the wait sign but at best estimate it would have been another 2 hour wait at least. It would have been well after midnight when we were done, and absolutely no time to do a fourth had we bought a Pick 4. And with two young kids we could not stay any longer. An absolutely miserable experience. And the cherry on top of this glorious night....no refunds. So all told, we spent $160 to stand in line for 2 and half hours and 30 minutes of "fun". Two stars because the actors were great and sets were done really well.

My son and I went on June 18 for self guided tour. I brought a couple of led pen lights but owner…read moresaid they were too bright cause they were led. I have to admit she was right after blinding myself with one of them. So don't bring an LED light. Try to bring red flashlight, non led instead. Otherwise, light on phone is good in a pinch. You really don't need a light unless you're going into lower floors after sun has gone down. ...anyway, despite the fact there were 25 people or so wandering the building, there are plenty of opportunities to be alone with your group or by yourself to do the hunting or trying to connect with the spirits. The only sketch room was psych ward for me..a small, very dark room in the basement. I did see my first shadow person in a hallway bolt across into a room where the door was closed. Not scary really. I ran after it to confirm it wasn't a human and where it had gone off to. Think it was on the second floor by Roy's room and across from the kids' classroom set up. Overall, advice is to go with neutral expectations and enjoy/ appreciate the significance and history of the building. I really didn't sense any negative energy except for that little room ..even in the morgue. Check in is a process, but not disorganized. Bring a clear bag. Use the porta potty outside before going in. It's a beautiful area.. even saw deer on the property right below on of the sunrooms. Oh and make sure everyone in your party, including ticket buyer registers their information via email link once Tix are bought.. I wish this place, the energies there, and owner the best!

The front area / gift shop had a lot of neat items, however we were ushered to the car so we didn't get anything. My husband was so cold so he wanted to leave immediately at the end if the tour. I enjoyed the experience except for the cold weather as there is no heat/electric. It was a fun experience.

We skipped one year and when we went back this year, it was like a whole new terrifying experience. This place is set in the middle of the woods and all you hear when you're coming down the road are chainsaws, screams, a train horn, and more screaming! I highly recommend Frightmare Farms overall the other places and if you can swing it, the VIP is worthwhile during the peak hours otherwise the wait can be a little long in the cold.

This haunt for the area is good but what made the experience so bad were the wait times... Wish they were like other haunts that sell only so many tickets for time slots. Spent more time waiting than the actual haunt. While they sell VIP tickets they are considerable more. Would have also gone earlier to ensure time to throughly enjoy the experience. My other big thing was they really are not equipped or able to handle handicapped patrons. Not enough handicapped parking and no formal process to help patrons get from parking lot at the bottom of a hill to entrance. I am recovering from a fracture and this was difficult and had I known probably would not have done this haunt. Hayride line was insane and getting on off ride was difficult at best. I have gone to some pretty amazing haunts so my bar was set high but this was not one of them....
