I was really surprised I gave this four stars but we had a better time than we thought we would. The event was at the fair grounds. It was easy to get in and park. It was easy to get out as well. There were a lot of wineries at the event but I didn't see much chocolate. There were a lot of other vendors that had cheese or dips or moonshine or vodka etc. we bought some delicious beef jerky and dip mixes. We had fun painting our glasses and trying the wine ice cream. The lines were long to gets wine tasting but they moved quickly so we didn't mind waiting. The free Dunkin gift cards they gave us just for a selfie with the Dunkin mascot were awesome. We tried a few wines we liked and had some good laughs. All in all this was worth going to and we will go again next year if we are available. Good event check it out.

Getting in is always a bit of a cluster. I would suggest, for future events of this "alcoholic"…read moretype, that there be a "drop-off/pick-up/Uber/Lyft/Taxi" lane, and a separate entrance for those attendees to ease the flow of people as well as traffic. Once inside, there were many vendors to tantalize your taste buds with food and beverage. Baileys had a separate shot, or with coffee, of traditional and pumpkin spice. Dunkin was a lot of fun with free donut samples, a great photo spot, some pretty cool swag and a gift card for $5!! Many wine and liquor samplings from all over NYS, some new puckerings from our local stuffed pepperoni peeps, dip samples with great pricing for those surprise Holiday guests. The chocolate part of this title leaves a lot to be desired. In past years a messy fountain with insufficient quantities of options, allowed for a single dipping. This year the chocolate tidbit didn't look appetizing and I gave my ticket for the sample away. Thanks to Yelp and Galaxy Communications I and one guest attended free, along with 14 paying friends and family members. We had a good time as we do every year.

Oswego Cinema 7 is great! My mom and I go here to see a movie everytime I visit. The seats are…read morecozy, the theaters are spacious, and the snacks are yummy. We love the old cinema style feel this place has, especially on the outside and the signs above each theater. The arcade games inside are fun to play while waiting for your movie and we love that they let you into the theater pretty early. Some of the seats could use replacing as they either don't recline or are so dingy and dull beyond repair. The bathrooms are old and could use some fixing up. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The prices aren't too bad compared to other theaters, however may be a little pricey for the quality of the seats and bathrooms. Overall, we enjoy coming here and look forward to our movie trips together!

A tarted up shadow of its former self…read more What's left of the original decor is hidden behind countless taped up posters, signs and standing displays - to the point where it looks like a teenager's bedroom or a college dorm. I like movie posters, but you're bombarded with them practically everywhere you look. It's beyond overkill. The actual movie experience on nearly every screen is compromised by the dim projection and because they're mostly in oddly shaped rooms where sightlines take a lower priority to capacity and traffic. Before you watch a movie here, pull up the trailer for that movie on your phone. If the picture on the movie screen is not as bright, sharp and clear as the picture on your phone, there is definitely something wrong. The most common causes are leaving the 3D filter on for non-3D movies, using worn out projector bulbs beyond their expiration date, and running the bulbs at less than full capacity. My guess is all three happen here. The screen wall should be free of distraction, not competing with a ramp to an exit door, especially if that ramp pushes the screen up to an uncomfortable sightline. Worst is #6 where the seats face straight ahead, but the screen is angled oddly to the left. I understand why it was done - a bad choice years ago - but it's no longer necessary, and the result is an awkward asymmetrical sightline. Also, the blue lights on the stairs are 10 times brighter than they need to be. The glare in your eyes increases your chance of tripping, (I did, and the guy in front of me, too). The floor lights reflect on the screen, washing out the picture contrast with a blue glow throughout the movie. Not a premium experience. The main room is very sad. The once beautiful atmospheric sky ceiling shows peeling paint and water damage, the original stage looks like a basement with some kind of pipes or partially dismantled metal framework hanging over the screen. The staff are generally nice except when they're not, seats are comfortable but worn out. Popcorn is pricey but decent. It's bafflling that the theatre got a huge financial grant from the city and instead of repairing the main room and so many other details, they wasted money on things like planters outside. Saving labor by eliminating the box office and selling tickets at the concession stand can stall your access to seating, because you have to wait while everyone in front of you gets their snacks. Asking an unoccupied person behind the counter to pause whatever he's futzing with and sell you a ticket so you can move on gets a curt refusal. I'd like to see this place - and the usually nice folks who work there - succeed and thrive, and I still like the idea of going out to a movie, but for the most part, this place isn't likely to draw me away from the brighter, sharper picture on a halfway decent TV screen, except for an occasional event movie that I'd want to see when it comes out. That will still look much better when it's available to view at home.

Home of the triple feature! I have been to a few drive in theaters in a couple of states and this…read moreone pretty much is the top one for me. They have a great spot with multiple parking spots that slope upwards so you can see well even in the 2nd and 3rd rows. They have a brand new screen as well since a really bad storm tore down the last one. Fortunately the community refused to let them be defeated and rallied behind them to rebuild with donations and support. You will definitely get your moneys worth here! You pay $8 per person and you can often see 3 movies all on the same night! I will admit I'm getting old and usually leave after the second one but if they have something I really want to see, then I stay. Last week they showed The Boss, The Nice Guys, and Neighbors 2. All of these movies are newer and all of them an adult comedy. Sometimes they have themes, like family movies, adult movies, etc. The staff there are all really nice and really work their butts off making your food for you. The prices are fair for the food as well. Most things are under 5 bucks which is a great deal! I got a double cheese burger, large cheese fry, hotdog, and hamburger for my wife for under $20. They also do a free pizza drawing before the second movie based on your ticket number. Another perk is that you don't have the garbled speakers here, you can just tune in to the radio station set for the movie. That way you can listen on your car radio or smartphone radio app. The only critique I have is that their bathrooms are a bit...rough. It is an old drive in though, so that happens.

Always a great time !!! Keeping the old drive in experience alive. Very satisfied. Will be back.read more

HAMMYS-BACON BOMB & PULLED PORK SANDWICH…read more Both were delicious!! My fiancé and I split them both. They are both sort of walkable sandwiches (wrapped in foil) but we did stop to stand and eat them. We love BBQ and we were happy with the taste and the smoke of both. I was afraid the bacon bomb was going to be too much but it wasn't. It was delicious. Pulled pork wasn't too soggy that the bun was falling apart but not dry. The sauce was good and happy we went their instead of Dinosaur BBQ. Also served quick considering it was BBQ and Saturday. WE WOULD GET BOTH AGAIN! Disappointed I didn't take a photo.
