Rama was very understanding about the situation and told us that she would look for more diamonds for us to look at. We didn't end up procuring a diamond from Brax since we found a more ideal option from Brilliant Earth, but would definitely recommend for others to check this spot out. Also, some other positives to consider: they can turn around a CAD design on a custom setting within 72 hrs. Rama nailed it on the design on the first go, which was very impressive.
