Grab three bouquets out of the cooler and ask them to put them together in one arrangement. The owner told me no they're too busy. She's got two helpers here and not one customer in the store. I understand getting ready for a busy weekend. However, telling a longtime customer that you can't take three minutes to put a couple flower bunches together into one is ridiculous. That's the last $70 I'll spend here unfortunately. Sad to see these small family businesses lose their customer service.
