He also gave me the space to look around, didn't hover over me. Great start. I looked around and they have a great selection. Very unique items which is refreshing. I saw one dining fixture that I really liked but it would be way too big for the dining room. Otherwise, not much else I wanted in that Departme t. I did see one light that is really beautiful. It comes in two sizes so I Will probably buy it in each size. One for a bathroom and the smaller one for the guest bathroom. I was told for returns there is a 30% restocking fee if you do not choose something else. I was also told they always have a 40% off sale. That was surprising. This is a great store for all your lighting needs.

The staff I've encountered have always been friendly and helpful when I've been there in person. Most recently, I needed two halogen lights to replace old rusted out ones (thank you Miami salt air!) in the master bath and decided to work with Farrey's by distance versus driving 45 minutes over to to the showroom. Paige Farrey answered my email shortly after I sent my inquiry. He was super helpful, quickly found a solution, followed up!, and ultimately even had a referral to get a competent installer.
