On the day of the service, our technician, Oleksandr, was outstanding. He was incredibly thorough with the deep cleaning and treated our home with the utmost respect. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at every step of the process. His work was meticulous, and he left the space spotless. She called after noticing the drainage was acting slow, and they arrived to her home within the hour even though they estimated a later time. That was really convenient. Our technician's name was Howard and he was phenomenal. Courteous, professional, and tidy, he did his work thoroughly and efficiently. It wasn't a cheap service by any means but home ownership means spending money on maintenance and seeing as my mother hadn't had her drain cleaned in many years, the price (~$700) was reasonable for us. We hired Roto-Rooter for this service in August and it's now November with our drain working perfectly so they did their job well. We recommend Roto-rooter for services such as drain cleaning. We had a great experience.

I was very surprised at the very lax/vague statement of work, the proposed price tag of $25,000 and the fact that when I wouldn't sign at 9:00 PM, the quote paperwork was taken away. I ended up with a master plumber who determined the cause and repaired the pipes for a fraction of the proposed amount.
