I couldn't resist the bright colors of the macaroons, and I haven't eaten all day. I saw the prettiest cross stitched framed items by Emily Reedstrom. My favorite was "Babes Supporting Babes" and "Read More Books". I felt grateful and lucky to have this festive and colorful event as my first experience in Copper Petal. I have called five times and have repeatedly been told someone would call me back, but no one has followed through. First, they said the owner was out of the country, and the last 4 calls they promised a callback after speaking to the owner and manager. Still haven't heard back from them. The store presents itself as a Christian business and has a prayer room inside, which makes the lack of accountability and customer care especially disappointing. I expected the product to be better quality and, at the very least, for someone to follow up and make it right. I hope the store resolves this promptly and begins treating customer concerns with the integrity its branding suggests.
