Their people sat me down and told me all about the business, including what they did and didn't do, educated me on the difference in their furniture lines versus the competition, and even told me about their outdoor kitchens and how they're not only a lower price than one built on site--but you can take them with you if you move! No, I haven't bought anything from them yet, but service is a big thing for me, and they educated me and answered all my questions. I appreciate that.

This was brought to the owner's wife attention and she stated we would not be charged. I asked if I could take the two chairs from the other table that were not busted and they said no you have to take the ones that are on that table even though they were the exact same I'm extremely disappointed in this because I wasn't gonna pay $100 for a table and two chairs when one of them was busted and the other table that was different with the same two chairs was the same exact price and they wouldn't let me switch it.
