I was looking for a specific brand of beauty products, Villainess, that is local to the Nashville area. While the Villainess online ordering feature was unavailable due to website updates, Three Times A Lady was extremely helpful by special ordering my products and shipping them to me in a matter of days. Although I can't speak to the rest of the merchandise or visual presentation as I haven't visited the shop, I can tell you emphatically that the customer service is second to none, truly embodying southern hospitality.
