This is an example of how Brenden responded to me via text: Brenden: "I'm not gonna fight with you over it the video clearly shows the line isn't leaking the blue valve housing is. There is no way you had a drip that bad for 2 weeks and just noticed it today. You noticed a tiny defrost water leak 12 hrs after they left. They didn't unhook the water or turn the water off or mess with the water in any way so there's no way they cracked the valve. I am not replacing a part we didn't break or damage. Period. I haven't been to the laundromat in years! I like the fact that they're open 24 hrs. I was worried…read morethat I was going to get kicked out before I finished. It was a Sunday, after dinner time around 7:30ish. A lot of laundromats close by 9 on Sundays. I had one huge load that I put all in the biggest machine. I had 2 queen Sz comforters and 6 blankets and I could've fit more. Although the pics that I included with this review doesn't show any customers inside, there were several washers and dryers going while they were outside. The place was clean and there were bench seats and chairs to hang out on while waiting. It's been so long since I've used a laundromat that it felt strange using a credit card swipe and not dropping quarters. I had to get my glasses on to follow the instructions . If I ever have bulky items that need washing again, I'm coming back here. Highly recommend
