This business has been very difficult to get ahold of. I tried to sell some of my items back in 2017, but they have yet to pay me out for the things they sold. I have attempted to get ahold of them by phone, I was successful once and they said they would mail the check they owed me- they never did. I've been most recently trying to get a response on instagram, to which I've received one reply to 4/5 messages. It has been extremely frustrating dealing with this business. They are unprofessional, and if this does not get resolved by the end of the year, I will be reporting it to appropriate entities. read more

I shopped here for the first time on Saturday so this review is based on my one-visit experience. Pros: - large selection of luxury brand items from mid to high end, tastefully chosen items in good conditions - large selection of high-end designer handbags which I love! - owner was very friendly and approachable Cons: - much more expensive price tags than other luxury consignment stores I've shopped at. I'm a seasoned consignment shopper, been shopping the pre-owned market exclusively for the past 7 or 8 years, and also run a side consignment business of my own so I have a lot of benchmarking to compare with. - as another customer mentioned on here, many items were missing a price tag making it inconvenient and time consuming when making a purchase decision - some items could use some dusting. Great experience. I found a pair of black wedges for a fair price. Ulon couldn't locate one of the shoes, so we went to brunch and came back afterward - she had dug through all the different size bins in storage to find it for me! (Note that if you pay cash, you get a 10% discount.) I wore the shoes to dinner and was so disappointed that in less than an hour, the sole of one shoe has come completely off, and the other was following suit. I called the store and Ulon offered several options to resolve the problem. Since I live an hour away, they had me visit a cobbler for an estimate, then mailed me a reimbursement check to cover the repair cost. Amazing! read more

I visited the store a few years ago and found a few items in very good condition with very reasonable price tags. The service was terrific. Today the employee was more interested in her phone than the fact that I was interested in many items ,,,, that did not have any price tags. She stated they were on or inside the shoes and bags. Nope. So she asks what items I was interested and she would tell me. I told her there were many items of interest and I would have to keep asking. She never came out from the counter and was so far removed that I felt it best to leave and try again another day. Many items were not in good shape and still had terrifically high prices. So sorry to have to write something negative, especially since this is apparently the first Yelp review for a local business. I always wish our local merchants well, but when someone fails to conduct themselves appropriately, I think others should know about it. I spoke to the owner, Cathy, on the phone on Saturday, March 6th to learn about the store's protocols, as I wanted to consign some better-quality clothing and designer handbags. After our conversation, I decided to go there the next Tuesday after the store opened at 11:00 a.m. and drop off a number of articles. I was not offered a set appointment and told just to arrive during business hours, and that's what I did. Finding parking in the area is a real challenge, as anyone who frequents the area knows. After driving around for a while I was able to find a 24-minute spot across the street. I carted my prospects across the street only to discover that the store was closed. It was 11:37 a.m.. I called twice and left my phone number so that perhaps we could make alternative arrangements, but I never received the courtesy of a return call. I know that "stuff happens" and understood that perhaps something had come up unexpectedly, but I certainly thought that the owner would call me back to explain things. It's been nearly 2 weeks and not a word. I wound up donating most of the stuff to charity. Someone over at Goodwill is smiling big time. I'm posting this in the hopes that the owner will realize that it's important to be respectful of her customers. Just having the decency to call me afterwards and explain why the store wasn't open would have made a world of difference. read more

This store doesn't keep regular hours. I went to drop off a bag of designer and dressy clothing (too expensive for Goodwill). I didn't want any cash or commission -- just to find a good home for the clothes. The holiday hours were posted 10am to 8pm. I got there at 11:15 and saw an "Open" sign in the window but no one inside and the door was locked. As some other reviews have mentioned, you should call in advance or face a wasted trip. Next time, I'll drive the extra miles to Return Engagement in South Redondo because they keep regular hours. read more

They have fabulous stuff once you get inside, but just make sure to call before you go! The other day I went right when they opened at 11, and there was a sign saying the owner would be back in 15 minutes. I stood there holding all these clothes I wanted to sell in my arms for 15 minutes, then had to text the owner, then had to leave when she said she wouldn't be back before my meter was set to expire. She texted me as soon as she got to the store a few minutes after, but still frustrating! read more
