    Steak and Pork taco

A coffee shop and a taco joint all in one... why isn't this a more common thing? I met a family member here for coffee and tacos (what a great combo), and I am definitely a fan. Very unassuming little spot on the bottom floor of an office type building, but it has a lot of character inside. It definitely filled up quickly around the lunch hour, too! Staff was very kind, you order at the counter and then they'll bring food/drinks out to you. We both ordered black coffee but got our tacos first and had to ask about the coffee. They did come in a giant coffee mug which was amazing, but not sure what took so long or if they default your order to some kind of pour over that takes awhile? I'd rather just get less fancy coffee and have it right away, next time I stop in I'll have to clarify. I liked the music they were playing in the restaurant but it was turned up so loud it was hard to hear the one other person at my table. I normally need at least 3 tacos to be satisfied (and if I'm really hungry I might go with 4), but I only ordered two tacos this time as I was still kind of waking up. I was quite full from just 2 tacos because they really fill their tacos! In addition to onion/cilantro, my tacos were topped with sour cream, guac, cheese, and either tomato or red pepper. Oh my! These were great tacos, but also very messy tacos. I'd wondered why it came with a plastic fork, but there's plenty that will fall out of the taco and the fork is indeed a life saver. I wish they didn't use disposable plates and such, but I guess it saves water from washing? Either way, definitely a fan and I'll be back.

Iced latte Grounds in the bottom of the cup, espresso tastes bad

Honestly had high hopes coming into this place and it was extremely disappointing. My partner and I are moving out of Madison today, but I have family in town for graduation. We stopped thinking it would be relatively quick service and ended up waiting over half an hour for an 16oz iced americano (no flavor) and 16oz iced latte (no flavor). We were going to met up with my family around 11:15am at the Farmer's Market, thinking we could be in and out by 11am. We entered Finca at around 10:40, couldn't get someone to take our order until 10:47, and didn't get coffee until 11:16. Honestly so upsetting, if you can't handle serving coffee, don't serve coffee!! The most upsetting part was that it wasn't even that busy! It seemed that they were just going so slow and got a couple orders and freaked out. Food even came out before coffee orders which is insanity! Do not recommend. Service was terrible, and coffee wasn't much better.

Great food - Pupusas and sweet quesadillas that are similar to corn bread. They were busy today and the service was slow but we had a laid back morning plan so that was ok with us. Cozy ambiance but a bit loud if you wanted to focus or get work done. Small patio with three tables will be nice when summer is here.

Omg how had I not heard of this cute place?? Someone recommended here for a coffee meeting. The inside is so bright and colorful and well spaced out. The lady taking my order was SO NICE and helpful. They have a sugar free syrup option which I always appreciate. My latte was delicious. I also ordered a breakfast burrito. For less than $6 you get a large burrito and chips. What a deal?!? The lady who took my order also recommended I try a quesadilla and WOW. If you haven't tried one before add it on to your next order!! No, it's not a Mexican quesadilla but a Salvadoran delicacy!! HIGHLY recommend. Add this place to your coffee shop rotation :)

Need a light bite to start your day! This is my favorite spot to get a breakfast burrito, papusa or or El Salvadorian cuisine. It's hands down a hidden gem in Fitchburg. Just far enough from campus that it's not swamped with college students studying and you can easily get a table! Great parking. Quick service and a relaxed atmosphere makes this place a must stop.

Chai latte. Smelled like heaven and tasted really good.

Stopped by here at 7:30 in the morning for some tea and breakfast. I was too early for the quesadilla to be out of the oven (aim for 8am if you want then fresh and ready) but I did get a chai. It was really well spiced and delicious. The woman at the register was very kind and full of smiles and my drink was ready quickly. She was also apologetic that the food was not quite ready yet. I did look at a possible breakfast burrito instead but they didn't have an option without meat in it. Overall it's a cute little coffee shop with some good food options in a very industrial area. Definitely will check it out again later in the day when I can onsite in some pupusas or quesadillas.

Stopped in to our local Coffee shop this morning. Very comfortable and cozy Salvadoran shop with a relaxing atmosphere. Greeted at the door with a smile - I proceeded to order a breakfast burrito, a Fresh Salvadoran sweet quesadilla and a Coffee. Absolutely delicious. The burrito was made with care and tasted amazing. A good size and a good value, it had egg, cheese, sausage, peppers and (I think) little crispy pieces of bacon that were both delicious and a nice texture. Grilled in a fresh homemade tortilla to perfection. Very good. The Salvadoran sweet quesadilla was a surprise and so yummy. Very fresh and not too sweet. The coffee was strong and delicious and hit the spot. I chose to take it to go, but will come back with friends as the seating was nice with lots of windows and a comfy atmosphere. Looked like a good place to do a little work too - they even had a little printer you could use if needed. Great place, can't wait to go back.

Amazing cold brew. Try the Salvadoran Quesadilla, it's delicious. Warm, welcoming atmosphere with quick service and friendly staff. Great place to get some work done or chill out.

Cappuccino and Salvadorean Quesadillas. Sweet and light.

Loved this place. Fresh food. Tasty. Had pupusas and a coke. Afterwards had a cappuccino with a quesadilla. Highly recommended.

This place is a fun hybrid Salvadoran joint and coffee shop. The tacos and papusas are consistently excellent and completely worth it. The tacos are well stuffed so you can usually get two out of them. The coffee is good but a little hit or miss sometimes - sometimes the cappuccino comes in a much larger size for some reason for example. It used to be more consistent, a couple years ago I would have said they had some of the best coffee in the area. Sometimes it is sublime though so it's worth a visit for the coffee too.

Finca Coffee is such an awesome quaint little spot! The Salvadoran flavors plus the slow drip coffee and fresh salsa are superb. Meals are made to order so there is a wait and if they're busy when you arrive plan to wait even longer. The furniture is flimsy but it's a great location with excellent lighting beaming in , a fireplace with some dope jazz they're always playing something cool and a television that is sometimes on. Get their slow drip coffee! You will not be disappointed. I am not a coffee drinker and I get it every single time I go! Such a treat! You will not be disappointed!

As a Salvadorian I am always picky with my pupusas, I can vouch that Finca Coffee has some of the best pupusas I've ever tasted!

Workers are very nice and hardworking! The coffee is some of the BEST you can get in Madison. I have never been disappointed with an order. Same with the food! My favorite is their ham, Gruyère, mustard crepe but I recently tried their ramp pesto, egg, and balsamic reduction crepe and it was also DELICIOUS! Their sweet crepes are amazing, as well. I recommend the lemon curd one as it is not overly sweet.

First time here. We were visiting Madison and walking around the downtown area. It's a small space…read more(almost tiny) that sits at a narrow intersection, so it's literally a pie-shaped space. The upside is that there are lots of windows with natural light. The inside seating consists of long tables or counters along the windows. This is not a place where you are likely to hunker down for a quiet or private conversation. You can tell that storage space is at a premium, with boxes stashed in overhead areas or equipment in the bathrooms. The staff there were very pleasant and helpful. Ended up getting a Chai Latte (extra foam) in a mug. It didn't take long to make, and they delivered it out to the table. It was an excellent drink -- hot, flavorful, extra foam, and not too sweet. A joy to drink. The atmosphere is a bit manic. With the tight seating, you can feel a bit claustrophobic, or on the other hand, like you are at a concert and getting energy from the crowd. For me, it's a place to grab a drink and find a quiet space elsewhere. So not likely a place that I would return to.
