The service was fast and there was plenty of seating and wifi available too. It's pretty busy on Sunday mornings, definitely a bit harder to get work done if you need to really put your head down. The tables are all open so there aren't booths to help dampen noise. Just so you can plan accordingly :)

We ordered the Pesto melt and the Chipotle melt with side salads along with an iced mocha and house coffee that were served up fairly promptly. The sandwiches were great and the side salad too has a special maple vinaigrette. We sat outside and enjoyed a nice view of the late and the patio is dog friendly so we got to see plenty of cute pups too!

You can sit inside at the main room or head downstairs where it's more private and comfy and then there's the quiet wine bar off to the side. Lots of mismatched new and antique furniture with old wooden plank floors. Parking is limited as there are only four spots behind the place and street parking otherwise. No drive up window either. They do offer some breakfast sandwich choices, but there were no croissants or other pastries to choose from besides one scone. I got the ham and cheese sandwich and enjoyed the crunchy ciabatta roll it came on. The coffee here is as good or better than Starbucks, so they get that important part of the formula right. When you finish your order and run your credit card, the tip screen will be waiting for you or add to the tip jar. The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly with free Wi-Fi. This is a nice place to sit and visit, but not if you're in a morning rush. On some weekends they actually have some live music. Ten informative photos for more insight.

Surprisingly fire. Adding this to my go-to lunch spots!

Their menu is small but mighty having a little something for everyone. I got a hot Maple Latte with oatmilk. The flavor was subtly sweet but paired great with the espresso. The maple syrup was sourced locally and made in house. I'd be very curious to come back and try the other specialty lattes. My husband got their Homemade Chai Latte. It was cozy in a cup and had nice spices in it. We shared the Bagel Sandwich which was the perfect portion for a breakfast snack. The bagel seemed to have fresh seasoning on it and the flavors layered nicely together. Overall, this was a great coffee, tea, food stop. Its right off Capitol Square but order online for pick up to avoid the lines if you can.

Put your cup down! This is my fave coffee shop in town!…read moreAnd it's not just because it was formerly a Jiffy Lube(or garage of some sort). The coffee, food and merch are outstanding. The owner is so wicked-smart with worldliness featured with maps on all walls. Just yesterday workers there somehow surmised I'd want bread with my soup and given it was late in the day they'd run out. They actually counseled me on my purchase. That kind of support you just don't find everywhere. And that kind of supportive, joint-decision making on even a small purchase makes us come back. Now I did accidentally have a blind date show up at the EAST WASH location, so it's best to be real clear which one you mean. He did have a coffee waiting for me when I hightailed it over to see him.

I asked about cold foam and the person who I was speaking with only gave me an option of mango lemon cold foam? I asked again, as I know cold foam can be vanilla or salted caramel and maybe I miss understood. She again said mango lemon? I then said to just give me a splash of half and half. As I went to the drive thru window the girl asked what cold foam I wanted? I told her I didn't order the cold foam because the flavor was odd to me and didn't sound good in cold brew. She told me that they do have vanilla and salted caramel and asked me if I wanted her to add that and the charge to my order? I told her no thank you and paid for my iced cold brew ( honestly the cold foam at that point should have been no charge with all the confusion ). She handed me my drink and then I asked if they have a loyalty program and then the girl ( named Shirley) said that they do and I asked if she could add me. She took my phone number and then I asked if the drink I just purchased would be included in my reward loyalty program. She said that it wouldn't be because she had already rang me up and I paid. This was not a good experience in my opinion. Lots of misses How does the cold brew taste you ask? Meh, It is bitter and I am sad to say that
