The job started and ended on schedule and within the budget that we had agreed to with no surprises (we had some minor additions). We had some feedback on somethings we wanted done slightly differently and he was receptive and helped incorporate it (like sanding the posts, changing out few lattice). We had received quotes from many contractors but we are glad we went ahead with Greatheights outdoor living The only thing that was a slight disappointment was the spacing on the lattice. we had requested for 4" but it turned out 6". it still looks great so we are happy with it. We would definitely recommend. His price for the quality and professionalism was worth it. The pictures speak for themselves.

I would not recommend these guys to do any concrete work in your yard. I had them extend my…read moreexisting patio by about 245 square feet, and install a brick border around the new slab. Concrete work was sloppy, with no effort to clean up after pouring/finishing. Expansion joints had concrete left slopped all over them. Control joints were very sloppy and uneven. Left concrete all over face of existing brick column. Spilled concrete in my driveway and sorta cleaned it up (smoothed it out), but just left it there so now that looks ugly too. The brick work was the worst part though. Patio slab was sloping away from the house luckily, but half the bricks were installed sloping back towards the slab, so that water will now always pool on the edge of the patio instead of draining off into the yard. Mortar was caked on so thick in the brick joints, that it was mounded up and covering a half inch of each brick instead of pointing the joints flush or concave. In some areas, the bricks are also sitting almost an inch higher than the adjacent new slab also preventing proper drainage. This is what they claimed was finished work and expected to be paid for in full. I made a partial second payment on the promise that the crew would come back again and clean up all the messy work, and try to fix the deficiencies. Polo assured me that they would be back on Saturday morning at 8am to finish the work. Saturday came and went with nobody showing up, no phone call, no text, no email. I texted Polo on Monday asking what happened to them Saturday morning, and 2 days later he still hasn't responded. They're not coming back, and they're not getting paid the rest of their money either. I had to spend my entire Saturday cleaning up their mess.

To say I am a disappointed and unhappy customer would be the understatement of the year,…read more Contracted with the business to build a backyard patio for us. The patio included the purchase of a grill recommended and sold by the company. Construction of the patio was completed in April of 2024. July 2024 the grill no longer works. We have been in constant contact with the company asking for help. This project was far from inexpensive and part of enjoying the patio is the ability to grill. Our GC said they had received other complaints on the grill they recommended and sold us. Per the GC they would give us another grill since there are known issues with the one they sold us. I had communication with the GC on the following dates: July 13, July 18, July 24, July 29, July 30, July 31, August 2, August 8, August 9, August 14, August 19, August 29, August 30, Sept 9, Sept 11, Sep 24, Oct 8, Oct 9, October 15. The whole time being promised we are working on it and want to do the right thing for you as our customer. I finally reach out to have my issue escalated to the owner and was told 1. No - I'm not getting a new grill (although they know this one has issues) 2. They haven't even begun the process to get the replacement part. We have been led on 4+ plus months through darn near weekly conversations "Of this sucks. We want to make it right. We are working on it" - to find out it has all been a big lie. Four months later and we still have no resolution.

Very happy and extremely impressed with Stamped Patio Solutions…read more Our original builder-installed concrete patio was a mess. It had never been laid properly (no re-bar, one section done in the pouring rain) and was riddled with very large cracks. Adding to its demise were sections that had to be broken up and replaced years ago due to required foundation work. All in all, it was an eyesore and, with now uneven sections due to the cracks, it was becoming at times dangerous to walk on. I'd had enough of it. I did my research on replacements (pavers vs. concrete). When we decided to go with stamped concrete, I sought out three bids for the approximately 350 square foot job. We needed the existing patio to be demolished and hauled off, a new one (same size) framed and laid with rebar installed. We opted to have the new patio colorized and stamped with a flagstone pattern, then sealed. This was not merely an overlay (as some contractors do) - this was a completely new structure. Stamped Patio Solutions was not the cheapest, but I felt confident that they would do the best job. I was right. Ariel was great to work with and Manuel (his "concrete guy") did an absolutely amazing job. Meticulous in every detail from start to finish, they ensured that this would be a stable structure, less prone to future cracks and aesthetically pleasing. The entire job took about 5 days. Care was taken to reduce any impact on our house and yard. Clean up each day was thorough. Measures were taken to ensure the safety and availability to the back yard for our three dogs. Clear instructions were provided regarding care and maintenance of the now-sealed new patio. No down payment is required, since you pay in full when the job is complete. I highly recommend Stamped Patio Solutions. They made a very ugly space into an area that I'm now happy to look at every day - and they did it very, very well.

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. The team at Holden Roofing did an exceptional job. Their workmanship was top-notch, they communicated every step of the way, arrived on time, and left everything spotless when the job was finished. The quality of the roof exceeded all of our expectations. Randy was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the insurance process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions. He made sure everything was handled correctly and took so much of the stress out of dealing with the insurance claim. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust and someone who truly cares about helping you through the insurance process, I wholeheartedly recommend Holden Roofing and Randy. Their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. Thank you both for making what could have been a difficult experience such an easy and positive one. We are beyond thrilled with the results!

The project started ok, with the estimate but specific values were not met. My review is not based…read moreon that however. During the process the insurance company kept asking for more photos to approve specific items. Frank, instead of taking more photos left it to me to contact the insurance company and argue with them, claiming that after initial contact insurance company would no longer speak to him...or that he was not allowed to discuss with them further..I had to do Franks job, All he had to do was take more photos and send them to the insurance adjuster. I hired them from a neighbors recommendation. When I confronted Frank about the cost "misunderstandings" he apparently discussed it with the neighbor - this neighbor is now alienated and no longer a friend because of this. Why is this contractor talking to my neighbor about our issues? This is the reason I decided to post this review. During this ordeal, my AC capacitor failed, while they are roofing. They covered the AC with a sheet of plywood to prevent anything from falling into it and this could have caused it to overheat. I told Frank about it, but in the end I did not hold him or Holden responsible. Before they started roof replacement they left one of the gutters up...I had to tell them to remove the gutter. After the roof replacement I have picked up about 50 nails from the driveway and yard that they did not pick up with their magnet. Going to the backside of the house I noticed a gray streak on the wall...turns out they did not replace one of the downspouts as they should have. I had to call them on that issue and ased why they did not see this on the post-installation review? Surely they walk around the house to make sure everything is done...well, i guess not. Once the downspout was replaced Frankn did come over to inspect it then and had the gutter team come back out and paint a small section where is wasnt properly painted. I should not have to inspect your work for you. I should not be pitted against my neighbor so that you look good They told my neighbor i was a 'liar" it seems...she called me a liar this morning after going Karen on me over this guy Frank. I dont know, I can only guess what went on between them. Here is a summary of why they get a poor review: 1. I feel i was misled re: the cost (I was willing to chalk it up to a misunderstanding until I found he discussed this with my neighbor) My neighbor claims I asked for a discount, which is not true...so apparently thats one thing he told them. 2. Pre - roof work (gutter removal) was not done correctly and I had to tell them to complete it 3. Downspout was not replaced - final inspection was not performed or not completely performed 4. Sharing my discussions with a neighbor in order to score points with them...this was none of their business and completely unprofessional of Frank at Holden Roofing. THIS IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE 5. Would not take additional photos to make sure the work was approved by insurance, instead I had to call and fight with the insurance company on their behalf I understand they might not get all the nails with the magnet...I am not reviewing them based on that. Based on all this I would recommend ANYONE but Holden roofing. Maybe someone other than Frank would be better...I cant say for sure.
