He performed a very thorough inspection and took the time to explain exactly what he was looking for and why. I was really worried about having a roach infestation, but James immediately put my mind at ease. He explained that the roaches I was seeing were actually outdoor Turkish roaches that had come inside because of the extreme heat--not a German cockroach infestation like I feared. His knowledge and honesty gave me so much peace of mind. Instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need, he gave me practical tips and tricks to help prevent future issues and explained what I could do around my home. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares more about helping people than making a sale. If you're looking for an exterminator who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly has your best interests at heart, James with TruPest Solutions is the person to call. Duane Bushner was actually our original contractor when this entire process started, and having him back out today for our recent inspection was great. As always, he did an incredibly thorough walkthrough and took the time to share knowledgeable insights on termites (and roaches) and exactly what to keep an eye out for. What really sets Gallant apart is their 4-year warranty. Knowing they actually stand behind their work for the long haul gives us total peace of mind--it proves their work is truly bug-proof. Highly recommend Duane and the Gallant team if you want honest, quality service.

Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing. The technicians have been professional and courteous, but the results have not met my expectations. I had hoped follow-up visits would fully resolve the problem. If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.
