This review has been a long time in coming. A few months ago, we had a really BAD flea infestation. After unsuccessfully trying the natural remedies we threw in the towel and called Ivann to set up an appointment Ivann due to the severity of the situation, accommodated my working schedule and came over as agreed. He was on time, professional, and fast. He did the front and backyard, and the interior of the house with very reasonable price. He was done in about 40 minutes. The effect was immediate and after two weeks, we contacted him for the few flea we saw. Ivann came back and hit up a couple of spots in the house. We have not seen or had any bites since. I highly recommend, Ivann! He is local and that is a plus as far as I am concerned. read more

Ivan's customer service was GREAT. I was looking for a termite assessment. He asked how soon I wanted to book and I asked if he had any that day. He got me an appt later in the same day since he knew how urged I was since I was going to begin remodeling my house. He then communicated to me that I didn't have termites. It was a relief and I appreciated his honesty because many others would have just told me yes to get services. I will definitely have him for any pest control problems. read more

I would highly recommend Ivann's services. Consultation was simple, he answered first time I called and he even came out the same day. We're having a big problem with ants and he came out and sprayed all inside and outside and in our garage. He's informative as he goes along and friendly! Prices are very compatible, I've already told my sister she needs to call him! Thanks Ivann! read more

I called needing same day service wanting to get my kitchen fumigated Ivan was the person I spoke with. He was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He booked me for the next day. Mainly I need to get my refrigerator fumigated but also advise me to just get my whole kitchen done. Not only he fumigated my kitchen but he also cleaned out the back my fridge where the motor was knowing I had to get my fridge repaired that same day. He was very professional. I HAD a bee problem that was within the walls of my storage shed. The be population grew by the day. I gave Ivann a call, and boom he was at my front door suited and booted. He took a look at the problem area, gave me options, and really explained his process of removing them. Certainly sounds like a wildlife expert! He's Real honest man, I recommend his services to anyone looking at a pest problem. The best of it all it won't break the bank. Oh, I don't have a bee problem anymore. Thanks man! read more

Ivann is awesome! He was able to come to my house today (Friday) when I messaged him asking on Monday. Ivann was knowledgeable and friendly! It is my first time using this service - ant treatment/spray which also includes spray for spiders too. There is usually a little bit of ants (usually the kitchen) in the summer so I wanted to at least prevent it and treat before summer. There is also warranty and it was nice of him to remind me! I am thankful that he told me about a wasp nest and took that down because.. I have been living here for years and didn't know that was there even though there's a camera next to it. Also enjoyed having a conversation with him as he was doing the treatment/spray around the house. Thank you so much, Ivann! Great service and person 10/10 recommend and would use service again. read more

We were recommended to New Pro Pest Control by family shortly after purchasing our home and after 5 months of moving in, found ourselves in need of some help! Our technician Ivann was quick to respond and squeezed us in for an appointment the next day. When he arrived, he was professional, took the time for my husband to walk him through our problem, investigated our trouble areas and took care of the issue same day. As first time home owners, we had no idea how much pest control services would cost but New Pro Pest Control is super affordable and for the level of personalized customer service, you can't find better services. Hopefully we don't have to deal with pests in the future but if we do, we'll definitely be calling Ivann. read more

I would definitely recommend this company! I called Ivan and the same day he was there to inspect. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Great customer service Ivan! Thank you! read more

I have had a major bee problem at my home for more than a few months. At first I incorrectly assumed that the bees would eventually disappear, but over time the size of the swarm continued to grow making it a hazard to even venture outside my front door. I called New Pro based on the previous reviews and let me say that everything everyone else has said is true. Ivann came out the same day and gave me a free consultation. He went above and beyond even venturing into my attic where he identified to my surprise, a 30 lb hive. He came early the next day and was able to clear out the hive, which was even faster then he had promised the day before. If you have any pest removal needs, Ivann is the guy! read more

Ivann has been taking care of the pest control for our home for the past 6 months. Before that, we had a ton of spiders and ants in the backyard, making it hard to enjoy spending time outside. Ivann has made it possible for us to enjoy our outdoor space without getting eaten alive! He is professional and friendly. We signed up for his bi monthly service where he comes every two months to maintain the bugs. Thanks for your awesome service Ivann! read more

I've always been very reluctant to spray for bugs around my house because I worry about the effect of chemicals on my health, but Ivan explained to me how the specific pesticide he uses works, and gave me its name so I could research it on my own too. I decided to use his services, and I immediately saw a drastic reduction in widow spiders and cockroaches in and around my property. Also, Ivan is very understanding. Twice I have had to reschedule with him at the last moment, and he made no fuss about it and came back later that day. Last time, I stood on the curb and talked with him for 20 minutes about life. I appreciate that he has time for his customers and is not just racing around from job to job. read more

If I could give a MILLION stars I would! My parents had a very bad bee problem and Ivann came out right away to inspect it--not to mention free of charge! Because of the numerous amount of bees he suggested a fog treatment and unfortunately no honey was able to be preserved. I definitely recommend Ivann's services! He was prompt and quick with his services, and cost effective too. Thank you Ivann! read more

Ivan responded immediately, showed up for the appointment on time, and gave by far the best price. He was honest about what was needed and did not try to take advantage by over charging for unnecessary services. This is definitely a company built on integrity. While waiting on me to get home to pay him, to my surprise, he had even done a couple extra services, in addition to what I asked for, for no extra charge. I highly highly recommend calling New Pro Pest and Termite Control for an honest quote, a job well done, and at a very reasonable price. read more

I called and hired Ivan from 2 factors, 1. perfect 5 star rating and nice reviews on yelp, 2. small local businessman from my area. I was and am so happy that I trusted my fellow IE yelpers, Ivan was great, came right out and listened to my requests and concerns. He came up with a great game plan, great price and just an all around great guy. He will not give you the customary big company run around and try to sell you on stuff not needed, he will inspect, give his opinion and listen to you as a person, plus he warranties all his work. I also signed up for his bi monthly service which is a great deal. If you need pest control help and live in the community give him a shot, you won't be disappointed... read more
