We'd had a diesel fuel leak shut down our Sprinter/Camper van and when we got the vehicle back three days later the diesel hadn't been cleaned out of the engine compartment. The fumes were horrible. We'd only gone a few miles and then had a tail-light fault illuminate (later corrected itself once engine compartment was cleaned up). The following day we had check engine light illuminate for a NOx sensor fault. A couple days after that we lost our power train belt and had that replace in Prescott Arizona - another tow ride! Given the fact that they knew we were on a long road trip and desperately needed good attention to our mechanical failure, one would think they would have made sure to check EVERYTHING out to be sure that the remainder of our trip went well. So not only does it appear that they did a poor job (leaving excessive diesel in engine compartment has negative effects on rubber components and is a fire hazard/health hazard), but it appears the job they did ended up causing collateral damage. When Jonathan was shown the excess diesel in engine compartment he should have been embarrassed and should have asked us to leave it with them to clean it up. That didn't even come close to happening. He didn't want anything to do with it - he watched me ladle some off a depression in the frame while he watched. He was reluctant to get his hand in there to mop it up with a shop rag even though his arm is longer than mine. Dissappointing to say the least.

They also had a shuttle that took me to my friends house so I didn't need an Uber or anything (big sprinter van) They had my car done within a couple of hours and were super kind and helpful, thank you Alderson! I did have to drive from Canyon (no Mercedes dealers in Amarillo / canyon) but the drive was worth going to an actual Mercedes dealer. Thank you!

R P,s Towing was the cheapest and the most reliable to get my car off without scraping the oil pan underneath. My car insurance was going to cost $235 but I only payed $75 with R P's towing. The guy that helped me was very kind and well experienced in operating the tow truck. He also took a look after getting my car off of the curb. He waited until the shuttle picked us up & lucky for all of us, the timing was perfect, only 10 minutes after he arrived. Super nice & concerned for us 4 women on the side of the road! We were probably 30 minutes ahead of him to repair shop...sorry we missed him. He deserved a tip & none of us thought about it until afterwards. SORRY!!
